It is very clean laundromat. One of the machines broke down in the middle of a cycle while I was washing a big blanket. They courteously moved my blanket to a new machine at no charge. Then due to the long delay in getting my blanket laundered they paid for the drying. They were very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this laundromat.

I went to this laundromat for the first time in my life based on the reviews. It can be a little confusing, since their machines don’t have instructions other than how to start the washer.
The number of baskets on their washing machine is how many loads they will handle. The hard part about this is that their machines load size is about a third or fourth of the size of a standard washer. I went expecting to pay for 3 loads based on what I needed to get done and how many loads it normally takes at home. But I ended up paying for a total of 7 loads because of their washer sizes.
With that being said, their dryers are massive and I was able to put everything in one of their medium dryers. I still had to go home to dry items because they didn’t dry fully (probably would have if I had split it up into two loads, but I had already paid $4 more than I was expecting).
The laundromat was clean and bright and even though I went on Saturday in the middle of the day when they’re historically the busiest, it was pretty empty. Their vending machine didn’t work but they had a soda vending machine that did.
Overall, it was a good experience outside of paying far more than I expected. I do wish that the washer size was stated somewhere on their website so that I could have been more prepared for the price I would end up paying.

Our brand new washer stops working and I had a bunch of clothes that I needed washed so we went to Harts. We we're very impressed.
Because I don't go to a laundromat I had a lot of questions and the employees were very kind to answer all of them and help us out. The place was clean and neat lots of space to fold clothes.
new washers that worked great ,dryers that dried great.
I don't know price wise how they are compared to other places but we had a good experience there. And will continue to go there until our washer is fixed. Nice to know we have a great backup place for emergencies.

Ahoy there! I've sailed the seven seas of suds and found the treasure trove of tranquility at this laundromat. It's the **most serene sea of serenity** I've ever had the pleasure to navigate. The vibes here? As **cool as a cucumber** in a freezer in the Arctic!
Amberlee, the **lighthouse of helpfulness**, guided me through the tempest of dirty laundry with a smile so bright, it could bleach whites on its own. And Aly, the **captain of calm**, steered my washing woes away with ease and grace.
This place is more than a laundromat; it's a **haven of happiness** where clothes come to dance in the bubbles, and patrons leave with hearts as light as freshly fluffed pillows.
If I could, I'd give it **ten stars**—no, make that a whole **galaxy of appreciation** for the service that goes above and beyond. So here's my two cents, or should I say, two comments, for a place that's truly out of this world!

First time user at harts laundry, keni helped me navigate the app they use here and payed for some detergent for me out of pocket. She went above and beyond for me. I’ll be back for sure.

We don’t use laundromats ever, but I remember when we did years ago and they were kind of scary! ? All I know is this Hart’s Laundry is special. VERY CLEAN and has a nice and friendly staff and atmosphere. It almost makes doing laundry fun! Thank you for 2 great experiences!

Giving 5 stars BECAUSE…
I never use laundry mats. But due to unforeseen circumstances, had no choice but to do so on the day of this post.
The pricing was way more than I anticipated… $5 for one small load, and another $3.50 to dry.
That said, I thought I had brought maybe just enough to sneak in two loads. That was not the case.
So I was prepared to go home with one basket of clean laundry and two fully unwashed baskets.
Then my partner sent money to finish the loads.
BUT…. I only had the option to use Venmo or Apple Pay, as I lost my wallet somewhere at home and had no physical card… only card info that I couldn’t fully access.
It took a good long minute for me to figure out neither of those options were something that could be used in tandem with the “pay on your phone” app/option.
I was stuck.
In a laundromat.
With a young child.
Slowly triggering a huge meltdown.
My child was overwhelmed and couldn’t access my phone as I was trying to figure out how to use it to pay.
So he was running all over the place which is socially ‘inappropriate’ and puts pressure on me to figure it out, figure it out, figure it out… we both had a meltdown.
And to top it off, as if I hadn’t already made my distress everyone else’s problem, an employee came to try to help, and I made my distress their problem.
I feel wretched for the way I’m sure I made everyone at the Matt feel.
But the employee, who I believe said her name was Jennifer, was extremely kind and compassionate.
When the sign on a wall there read “did an employee go above and beyond?”
Jennifer (???) really did go ABOVE *AND* BEYOND to help out a stranger who caused a scene in her store and ranted about an issue that stranger perceived as though poor Jennifer could do anything about it.
I don’t do well in public.
And this excursion was like an episode of survivor for me.
And I never ever want to go back to another Matt again. Ever. ?
But if I had to, or if I was going to recommend a place, harts on 1900 would be the place.

You had no obligation to help the way you did and I will be forever grateful for your help and immense compassion! ❤️

Jen the lady that helped me was very insightful and kind! She showed how easy it was to use my debt card to activate the washer and dryer, so helpful! I was in and out with hardly enough time to scroll through InstA! My blanket and comforter came out perfect! Thanks Harts, you all are awesome!
