I'm giving a star because half a star isn't available or else they would definitely get that harmons in Roy used to be one of the most helpful pharmacies in the state of Utah honestly but nowadays everyone in there is snotty and stuck up beyond compare I don't know what happened to the people that work there but they're horrible to people also the fact that they don't take GoodRx is stupid what if your foodie club membership discount whatever card doesn't get you the best prescription price then it's not really that good it's just really not that good but their attitude and customer service is severely lacking severely like worst I've ever experienced anywhere the snotty little pharmacist old lady with gray hair was rude because I asked the question of whether I could use GoodRx there immediately I guess that makes me too poor to be at this pharmacy because that was the attitude I got afterwards

Staff is always friendly and best part is, I can use my points earned, to use to get so much off gas. I've gotten up to a dollar off per gallon.

I have been using Harmons Pharmacy for over 10 years. I could easily choose another pharmacy but I would not get the service or knowledge as I receive here. LOVE Them!

Harmons has the best pharmacy around! The technicians there r all nice polite friendly knowledgeable helpful n will go out of their way to help u or show u where a product is.Harmons has been my pharmacy since 1984. Have tried a couple pharmacies by my house n I’d rather drive 5 miles out of my way to get very good service.We have gotten to know the pharmacists well n there is no teas for us to go anywhere else. Shout out to Jim Jan Amy Heather n the others in Roy pharmacy.❤️??

Harmons has officially lost our business. Due to a medical condition, my wife is unable to wear a mask for shopping. Per the store manager, the only accommodation they have to make is have someone else do her shopping, or try and use their online shopping, which frankly is spotty at best. I was then told, and I quote "Don't like that answer do you? Then shop somewhere else." Essentially, we were kicked out because she has a medical condition, documented with letter in hand, but the plexi-shields and social distancing just weren't enough. Thats fine, I will shop elsewhere, because other store have been more than happy to make appropriate accommodations. Sorry, but if we need to pIck a few items up on our way home, the last thing we're going to try and do is use an online shopping portal that wont let us shop ourselves. Also, since we primarily use cash only, this really just doesn't work. At this point, it become a legal issue and I hope the store has lawyers on retainer. I'd love to see more stand firm on this type of bullying and hurt them where it counts, in their pocketbooks. SHAME ON YOU HARMONS AND ESPECIALLY YOUR BULLY OF A MANAGER. I fully intend on contacting legal services and seeing what our options are, unless the owner would like to address this personally with us.

I didnt realize it didnt open until 11 on Sunday. She answered the phone when I called at 10:45. She was EXTREMELY rude. She said they weren't open yet. I thought to myself, "then why did you even answer the phone?" I said "okay" and then she asked me for my date of birth. So I continued talking to her. She continued to be very rude and condescending. At one point I didnt hear what she said so I asked her to repeat what she said and then she hung up on me. I've NEVER experienced customer service so terrible at a pharmacy...

I had surgery in Murray Utah the surgeon filled pain meds and were delivered to my room before discharge. Because I have have several procedures before surgery I have been on pain meds a while. My Dr at the pain clinic had to change my pain meds because the ones I had were not working. 1 day out of surgery harmons refused to fill my pain med because they said I went to a different pharmacy. This was out of my control and it was filled where I had surgery they abused me and an hour or two later of talking with my pain Dr and insurance and ready to go to ER after all the harrassement harmons finally filled it. This is horrible making people suffer this way and I am reporting them to DOPL state agency to look into the abuse they did to me please do not go here please do not support them
