Went in to try and sell a couple of guns. But was offered low prices for them, one as low as $200, which they told me they could only sell for a little over $500. I tried negotiating a fair deal for both parties, but they refused to move on the first and only offered $30 more on the $200 offer. Never going back, not worth the insult from people who didn't even know how to take a mag out.

I went in the store a couple of days ago. I was greeted rudely and badly by a worker I think is named Rebecca by phone interactions. Anyway I wanted to sell my Bluetooth speaker and she only offered me $5. I thought that my speaker was valued more than $5. She was really rude through all that and I was pissed and left. You need better costumers service skilled workers.

We went in on 4/12 to check out a motorcycle I saw posted on Facebook marketplace. It was listed for $4000 but it was priced at $4500 in store. Had a big dent on the gas tank that wasn’t mentioned in the ad. Two of the guys helping us could not figure out how to open the saddlebags, they were both on their hands and knees trying to figure it out. Even going as far to google it. After a while I was losing interest and told them I’d think on it as I had a few other bikes to look at that day. One of the two male sales associate asked as we were leaving if we had an offer. I wasn’t too interested as the dent in the gas tank really turned me off. The guy with the tattoos then got snarky saying it was an easy fix. We didn’t want to put the time or money into the repair. He was sort of bickering with us. We were actively leaving the store as he snapped “someone will buy it” I said good luck and left. Waste of an hour drive. The other gentleman that helped me was cordial and nice, guy with the tattoos seemed to just want to shark a sale as the other guy had interacted with us first.
