Ordered online for delivery once I saw it was going to take two hours. I wanted to change it to carry out. There was no way to change it online. I called and sat on the phone for over 20 minutes. No one answered, so I drove over there and when I asked for help the kid at the counter was super friendly and asked the manager for help, and she started yelling from the back and said that she was so busy so I yelled back and said I was frustrated, and upset. She still continued to work behind the counter, and yell from where she was standing. So I decided to cancel the order. I will not be coming back here again. any manager that cannot take two minutes to come step over and take care of a customer issue and stand back and yell doesn’t deserve any business. Poor training on their part- the associate should’ve been trained on how to do this. And very poor customer service.

I went inside to pick up for my sister it's not my favorite pizza, but the only complaints I really had were that there was very loud rap music playing while I waited for her pizza ? and I watched 3 employees eating and goofing off probably on break but in full view of every one and the phone was ringing off of the hook while 2 guys tried to run the entire place by themselves.

My plans got canceled due to weather and I was bumed. Decided I get something to eat and just go home. I went in to the Roy location tonight with a special request and the whole team was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Destiny went above and beyond. Customer service was top notch, food was quickly prepared with care. Thank you all for helping make my night better.

These guys refused to let me order from them since I was out of the boundaries. When I tried the one in my area and could not reach anyone. Nasty service!!!

Ordered pizza at 5:30 pm delivery driver showed up to house did not deliver anything and just drove off. Called the Store to ask what had happened and was on hold for 30 minutes all just for them to hang up. Called the store again to reorder now it will be 2 hours before the pizza will be delivered.

We regularly order from this location. Tonight we placed an online delivery order for the Extravaganza pizza. The delivery time frame was for over an hour. We were willing to wait knowing that they are most likely busy due it being a friday and the holiday season. We actually received our order in 30-40 minutes. I opened the box and saw an amazing looking pizza! It tasted even better than it looked. Thank you for the delicious dinner. You guys did a great job! ? I wish I had taken a picture before everyone got into it.

Normally love dominos, but both this location and the Clinton one are absolute jokes. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, manager issue, or what.. you’d think that with there being 2 stores within a couple miles of each other both with issues, corporate would step in and try and fix things. Anytime I’ve tried to order, for in store pickup, wait times are well over an hour at both stores.

I deeply regret to convey my profound dissatisfaction with the recent encounter I had at Domino's Pizza. Despite our explicit request and payment for additional sauces, they were inexplicably absent from our order. To compound this issue, the carryout order was considerably delayed, a perplexing occurrence given the notification we received indicating the order was ready. Regrettably, our wait extended by an extra 10 /15 minutes, during which time we were situated in the lobby area that, regrettably, had a minor presence of insects. This experience is all the more perplexing given the apparent lack of activity within the establishment. As a consumer who places a premium on service excellence, these shortcomings have left me truly disheartened
