I see so many angry people at the pharmacy. I don't think other customers realize that being short staffed can be difficult and frustrating for the employees. Despite long lines and rude customers, the pharmacists are always nice and answer my questions. I wish people were nicer to them because the way the pharmacy is ran is clearly not their fault. Better than a lot of the other pharmacies in the area.

If you’re looking for a quick efficient pharmacy please go to a different location. After my fiancé got her wisdom teeth out it took us about 30-45 minutes to get to the pharmacy just to find out they hadn’t even started the process, so we had to come back 30 minutes later. whist both visits took at least 20 minutes to even get to the window. complete incompetence at this location. please do not use unless you are fine with the bumps every visit.

So freaking slow at the pharmacy counter. Even when no one is at the drive up window and the line inside is out the queue, only one person is working the counter. Inevitably there is going to be at least one person with a problem in a line that long, but they rarely add a second cashier. I've also gone there numerous times during the posted hours only to find the store dark and locked. Prices keep going up and often they're not updated on the shelf making for an unpleasant surprise at (self)checkout. Switched to the Walgreens basically across the street, it's not perfect but sooo much better. Vote with your money.

Pharmacist with the beard is condescending, rude with absolutely no people skills.He needs to go back to school and take a class in getting a personality!Will never go again, and be sure to spread the word to others.Probably why the store is always empty!

I love my CVS and come here all the time. However, because of the new automated phone system, I'm doing my part to protest this decision. It's not helpful and does not allow you to speak with a human. Please stop trying to get rid of your customers. I'll keep my eyes open for an alternative pharmacy but I genuinely hope you fix this before I find something better.

I have been using CVS since my insurance said I had to. The service at the Roy store is terrible. There is three check out registers and only one is open. Plenty of people behind the counter talking away like their no body in line. Maybe 6 to 8 I have counted while waiting in line??????. Slow slow terrible service.i have talked to other people In line said this is ridiculous, ?????????. If I could Iwould just use my regular where are the management ???¿?.,my boss would walk me to the door for thia terrible service pharmacy pharmacy

Will not order medications until the date they're ordered to be filled eventhough rx sent in days ahead of time. One of my rx is sent in every 5 days so being told on Saturday (the date my providers ordered it be filled) that I cant get my rx until Monday means 3 days without a 5 day prescription. I say three days because I don't get home until after 6 so it will be after 630 or 7 before I get my medications eventhough I shouldve been able to pick it up Saturday morning considering I called in Friday to verify the order was sent and I would be all set to get my medication Saturday morning, noone mentioned they did not have it in stock and noone informed me that WILL NOT order the medications to cover rx orders they have on their books, they will only order the medications once the date rolls around it is supposed to be filled then they will order it and leave the customer/patient hanging in the wind. They couldn't care less about their customers conditions, needs, anything, they're more worried about their "stock levels". Cvs corporate makes the local stores come off like heartless corporate stooges.

If you are using coupons online they will split your order into two so you don't get your EB back. Why is all of the cvs in utah shady? I started coming to this one cause the one in Syracuse is the same way and they didn't know anything about Extra bucks when I told them I was missing half of them. If I qualify for all the eb online then I should receive them once my order is picked up. Everytime half of them are missing is because they split your order in half so you don't get them! Shady employees

They have practically everything in beauty and hair products locked down so in order to buy anything you have to have an employee unlock it. It's ridiculous because finding someone that works there is literally impossible. So I end up buying nothing.

I’ve gone multiple times when they were suppose to be open but were closed. The staff is so rude. They completely messed up billing for a prescription so I ended up going to a different pharmacy that had no issues.

We go here 3 to 4 times a month and sometimes they are really busy. They are pretty quick so no complaints. The employees we encounter in the store are always very friendly.

The store is supposed to be open until 10 pm and every time I have went there from even 9:30-945, they're already closed. If the hours are different and they close earlier they should update it on Google

Customer service a horror show at Roy CVS, UT! Been a cvs customer since this store opened and the change in cust service quality went from efficient professional, courteous to rude, uncaring, and out of line! I am a cancer pt receiving chemo calling cvs ahead for info about my pain med prescription. After ten mins a pharm rep picked up(young lady). I mentioned my recent 4phone calls to the pharmacy were not being answered. It would've saved several "unnecessary trips last week when the automated voice service could not resolve my questions. She replied in a rude tone,"we're really busy!" After asking my dob and name and Rx, says," I need to put you on hold". While waiting, I mumbled to myself," I need a new pharmacy". She comes back on phone with", I CAN HEAR YOU, don't appreciate it.!" And, "were not filling your Rx w/out a prior authorization!" i started to explain whats been going on with me and she straight up hung up on me mid sentence! Not only did I feel my privacy violated but treated abusively by this person on all kinds of layers. I came in to the store and talked to the pharmacist mgr who never once apologized for her subordinates conduct but began to defend her girl. After starting the Rx and telling me to wait, she giggles and praises the young lady by loudly verbalizing,"of course I won't fire you!" That and their tone really rubbed me the wrong way and even though I'm sick and in pain I'm writing this review to express that this kind of thing is going on at Roy CVS today and I wouldn't wish anyone in pain and coming to pick up needed Rx to go through this in their condition. Everything about tonight's experience is wrong but the entire pharmacy team plus mgr didn't think so.... This is concerning As her mgr, never showing any accountability or regret! it was at this moment I definitely got that pharmacy got "hijacked by pirates" feeling and realized I need to switch pharmacy( which I hate to do). I also want the manager Steve Petterman and the Regional mgrs to know this kind of unprofessional trend is occurring at this roy CVS store. What they do about it is on them but they need to know and assign accountability to this kind of behavior! I'm I'll and in pain and I don't need ppl like this in my life
