They are so kind and thoughtful in helping you find an appliance that’s what you need but also work with you on the price you prefer.It’s such a family friendly store and they treat you just like family.Our microwave went out and they are so expensive with inflation. We found the perfect one, in the perfect color, within our price range with a rebate they found.”

“While I like most things about RC Willey. I don't like that they don't deliver for clearance items, especially when I've signed up for their delivery program. I paid over $1100 for a king size mattress, then had to pay another $60 to rent a vehicle to get it home. Then my wife and I had to fight with the mattress to get it upstairs, and then to get the other downstairs, into the rental truck and pay $15 to dispose it at the landfill. The delivery program sounds like a great deal, except they don't deliver clearance. Other than that though, the service was great.”

“I had a very complicated order of 14 gallons of paint today, all different colors, and not all the bases we had planned on were available. The paint department did an outstanding job assisting me with this order and had everything done in about half an hour once the order was submitted, even with the unexpected changes. During checkout, the associate overseeing the self checkouts, Callie, was SO helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me process the order. When I had a question she did not have the information to answer, she made a point to track it down for me and saved me a lot of money. She was kind and friendly throughout the process, an excellent example of customer service.

“For Receiving truckers use the side road of Del Taco to get to the back docks. All the staff was friendly and professional to help me unload my truck full of fresh landscaping flowering and all sorts spring trees and junipers. I enjoyed working with these nice people today. “It's Home Depot! I like to build my shopping list in the app and use it to help me find the things I need in store. You can also avoid the problem of looking for out of stock things because the app will show the inventory at your store of choice. Every interaction I have had with their employees has been pleasant. Getting help finding stuff is hit or miss some times. If you need help getting something heavy off a shelf or into your truck they have always been available to help.”
“Will Home Depot this is the store I go to before any they usually have what I need I've had no problems with the people asking questions finding what I needed I just wish they had one closer to me I would trade it for my Lowe's work any day and if you need some check it out online their online seems to work really well what's in stock or find out you know they can order it and ship it to you or pick it up there”

“Perhaps it's just me, but I feel like this store is a little less pushy than other Best Buys tend to be. They are still friendly and want to make sure we're taken care of - but didn't hound or hover so much that it made us uncomfortable (things I've dealt with in the past for Best Buy).
They also had some reasonable prices at least for the items I was there to get while comparing to Amazon, so we're very happy with our experience and will continue to go to this store.”

I took it to the tool rental and a gentleman helped me lock it back in. I have rented equipment in the past and always excellent service. 5 star service.”

“I rented something from Aaron's back in 2015. It didn't work out. I decided to give it another try. It's been well over 5 years, and several perches later. I love that they put their customers first all day everyday. My ex took my bedroom set and didn't pay on it and moved somewhere unknown with it. The Riverdale store manager did everything to get me removed from the purchase. Just got a deep freezer.My next purchase is going to be a beautiful grown-up bed with step stoole. I'm already looking at them.”

Helped me cut my blinds and give me background about the different kinds for different rooms in my house. So often, hardware stores have employees that don't know anything other than aisle locations. So refreshing to have a helpful and friendly person on staff. Give this man a raise.”
