Since when do you need I.D. to deposit money into someones account!? I went to deposit money into my wife's account and I was asked for I.D. what a joke! Another way for banks and the government to track our every move. This is why I will never bank AFCU among many other things! Mountain America hasn't started doing this yet. Hopefully they never do.

Allie was so helpful. And super funny too. My wife and I wanted to combine our accounts and ran into some trouble but Allie was unfazed and worked quickly. She was very knowledgeable and seemed like she enjoyed her job. I also love that we were called up right on time as our scheduled appointment.Honestly, this is the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a bank with a request like this.I got the jazz card - super awesome that they offer that.

This branch is extremely slow. Came to deposit a check in the drive up and it took 30 mins to deposit an check…and there was only one other car in drive up with me, another car came and went before I even left. I will not be back to this branch. I’d rather drive to the Clinton.

Lead teller would not complete a transaction for me that I have done many times before. It’s actually the only reason I ever go inside a branch any more and a large reason I’m switching financial services because America first no longer cares for its members

Had a great experience with our visit. The employees were very kind and patient. 2 of my kids were cashing in their coins and money and they had a nice and simple visit.

Worse branch they love to waste your time they say yes we can do something then they say never mind you need to come inside after making you wait other branches don’t play these games very unprofessional just to withdraw your own money not to mention them wasting your time with home loans they take over a month to tell you to reapply went thru another bank it was ready in 5 days

I just opened an account here. Overall it was a good experience. I do think I've been a couple times when they are busy and they don't seem to have enough staff.Currently open as of 4/19/2021.
