Shiloh Monroe was the lead teller who offered the best customer service. She worked efficiently while being informative and patient with my requests/ banking needs. I was very grateful and impressed with the service that was provided to me.

this is by far the worst branch i’ve ever been to. i’ve been with america first for 10 years now and have had 3 auto loans with such an easy and smooth process up until this last experience with rich or rick (whatever his name is) he was so rude to myself and my grandmother who came with me to the branch. he was short and snippy. he entered the VIN incorrectly and booked my car out with an incorrect value. he basically just wanted to go home early instead of taking 15 minutes out of his day to cut the check for my new car which i was pre approved for but for some reason he kept telling me i needed to have the dealership submit an application to AFCU even tho i was approved for an auto loan the week prior to even picking out the car i had wanted. when i asked why he wouldnt for the life of him give me a straight answer. i ended up going to the branch in kents. where angie i think her name was, was so personable. i was in and out within 15 minutes with no issues and was able to get my car that night. note to self.. dont waste your time with this branch. unless you want to be treated like a complete idiot

Unpersonable.... Robots.... Shae was laughing.... And smirking with the teller next to her.... And that's fine..... But when I mentioned it, they totally ignored me... Like I wasn't even there. I don't know if they were laughing at me or a joke that was told just before I walked in... . They were just cold and ignored me. That wasn't appreciated. She could of said "so sorry, we're just laughing at this or that.... Not you"..... But she just kept smirking and wouldn't talk.

I started using this credit union about five years ago and they are suberb. I started out with a savings account and there credit cards and have been very satisfied. They are easy to reach to discuss your financial needs.Ive had my credit lines raised and they have gone out of there way to help me every time I have questions. I highly recommend American First Credit Union to all !

I can't say enough good things about this credit union. I purchased a (new to me) car in 2018 and that went really well. Then recently, I worked with Amber in the mortgage department and she ensured everything about our loan process was smooth sailing! She was excellent at follow up and I felt confident that our information exchange along the way was secure. Her colleague, Selena, was just as delightful! I like that I have a choice to go inside and visit with a Teller in person at the America First branches ... as well as feeling a little more secure when I use one of their indoor ATMs! One comment...the new branch on Rainbow in Las Vegas the curb at the drive thru ATM is difficult to navigate. The curb guide is a little too sharp (and I don't have a large car). Investing in making that turn a little easier would be a good thing. America First Credit Union is my FIRST choice with a credit union because of the people that work there.
