The people here were extremely rude and disrespectful to my mother because she didn’t receive a package they were supposed to ship the day prior then when we moved houses our mail was still being received at our previous residence and the old owner at the house we are currently living in his mail is still sent to us we asked for our mail to be sent to us and it took over 2 weeks

I got a question. How come everytime my grandma has sent my brother(who lives in this area) a card for his birthday it just gets sent back saying incorrect address? He has been living at that address for a year now and it did the same with his previous address. So I wanna know what is going on?

I really appreciate the U.S. Mail. They have kept communications going in this country since July 26, 1775 and Benjamin Franklin was the first Postal General . I still believe that our Postal service should stay intact with no government shut downs or lay offs. I think the customer service is really great at this particular post office and always fill out their surveys . I feel that it is very important to let the USPS know that they are still required after 245 years of faithful service to all American citizens and our visitors from afar, they deliver both good and bad news but no matter what I get my monthly bills and other communications always. High Five to each and every employee who has given their life times to deliver even my bills .

My dad lived with me for a few months. When he moved out of state post office aent my dad all my mail for the next year. It was big hassle to get it rectified.Recently my mailbox was removed and no notice was given or sent to me.This has been a joke.I already pay my Bill's online now. All the issues I've had I don't take mail seriously.

Staff in office are great!! Especially Robert, the gentleman has worked there for years...he is the BEST!! If he seems abrupt or not very friendly at times...don't let him fool you! He is a big teddy bear who has a heart of gold and will bend over backwards to help you out anyway he can!!

Rude staff. Mail carriers do not leave packages and lie saying that no one is home or there's a non existent dog.

Very rude staff that is lazy. Mail carrier drivers won't even attempt to deliver packages.
