nthia is the best!!! I am flying to Las Vegas to attend a job fair, and I needed to print and upload my resume on my iPhone. Cynthia helped me with both, even though the latter is out of the scope of her job description. Through our transaction, Cynthia was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and solution-oriented. She deserves all the good things!

I dropped off 2 returns to Apple using Apple's shipping labels. Was told by Apple that only one package was received based on the tracking numbers they gave me and that were listed on my repair ticket. The tracking number said the package in question was never scanned. I went to see Gary in this store to get help to find out what happened to my missing package. Gary spent hours looking at their surveillance video to see what happened. After much investigation, Gary discovered that in fact both packages were delivered and signed for but Apple had the wrong tracking number listed on repair ticket. I was able to get a refund from Apple because of the time Gary put into my case. I rarely see companies but this much time into a problem. Thanks Gary!!!

Nice facility. Would be more welcoming if all employees, including C------e did wear her mask over nose and mouth, thus avoiding endangering the clients.Update 10 days later. Talked to the boss, and Colette is still endangering the clientele and herself by wearing her mask incorrectly....

My cousin had a package of insulin he needed returned to his insurance company so he took it here. We locals all know about the drug addict who ran this place and many have become unknowing victims. My cousin was no exception unfortunately. He left the package and it never shipped. He needs the package or the money to pay for it. He is Type II with some sort of pump he fills and the insulin is outrageously expensive ($800). Now the place is under new management and they refuse to help also! They have been rude to family memeber whom have been trying to assist my cousin since he is from out of town and was passing through for a visit at the time of the incident. He is very sick and cannot get the medicine he needs until this is cleared up! Really what sort of evil person steals medicine!? Can not wait for Amazon here in Roosevelt. Personally I will never grace Fed Ex with so much as a fallen coin.

Eddie was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We needed passport pictures and figured it would take forever. It didn't. We were in and out!! Highly recommend this Fed Ex location.

We couldn't believe how fast this place was and Eddie was the best helping us out. Price was so reasonable as well. Would love our Fed Ex at home to be this efficient!

This location is always slow. The employees are always nice enough but they just seem to take their time with everything. Parking is also difficult in this plazaBut there's nothing they could do about that. Update: I've been here 3x now and they are SO SLOW. Both employees try to help all the customers which leaves a huge line.

These people are to be put out of business. Their signs, website and office window all say they open at 7 AM. I'm here at 9:30 AM and not a sign of anybody. What a joke. No note on the door, no outgoing message on their voicemail saying we won't be there until some other time, nothing. I'm going to complain directly to whoever manages these franchises.

Ive got 2400 dollors worth sitting in there yard and no one wants to let me in and pick it up. They keep passing my call around with my tracking number and still cant figure it out. They say they will call and dont and its always someone else's fault Never going with fedex again They made me a UPS fan
