I used to LOVE using this pharmacy. They always had what I needed and the staff was very friendly. Until this month. I got my adhd meds but the quantity was filled wrong, simple mistake by the doctor, so the pharmacist told me to have the doctor send a prescription for the difference. Did that. Called again and pharmacist then needed the verbiage on the instructions for medication to be changed for insurance purposes. So I called my doctor and had them change that per the pharmacists request. They did. So I called the pharmacy back to get it filled and the pharmacist began getting an attitude with me as if I was enjoying this run around as well. He said he might not be able to fill it at all until the next month. I explained to him for the third time the situation and he said he might be able to fill it after 20 days and he will call the insurance to see. I never received a call back from them. So today is the 15th day into my prescription but I will be out of town for the next 9 days. That would make it so I'm out of my medication in the middle of my trip. So I call the pharmacy to see if I can get the remaining filled and the pharmacist begins talking to me like I'm a drug addict in a very condescending voice and saying "i thought I've already talked to you about this several times" when in reality he ran me around getting prescriptions fixed and changed. I let him know I was going out of town Saturday (tomorrow) and would run out and he then says he could fill it three days early on the 14th (which is Sunday) I didn't know the pharmacy was open so I said "won't you guys be closed?" He then replies with attitude saying "I think I know when we are open. I thought you were going out of town tomorrow?" And the way this pharmacist said it made me literally feel like I was a toddler and a liar. At this point I had some anger in my voice tone and replied with "I am but I would push my trip out by a day if needed. I don't want to be on my trip without my meds" he then replies with "Yeah..I will fill this on the 17th." So he basically retaliated against me having a tone by not giving me the 14th as an option any more. I've NEVER had a professional pharmacist treat me so badly and make me feel the way this guy did. Having ADHD is already like having a part time job finding medication with the shortage. The last thing people with adhd need is pharmacists making them feel this way. If we didn't need this medication to function properly, TRUST ME, we wouldn't be on it! Someone train the pharmacist on customer care and understanding. Thank you.

The pharmacy tech, Dan, is rude and unresourceful! I went to pick up prescriptions for 3 of my kids and myself today. It was painstakingly long. I had Dan help me before and knew he would be rude, as always. I went through the drive-through, which was dripping water all over me in my car, due to the recent snow. I explained to Dan, that I was picking up prescriptions for my family and me. Dan had me sign for each person's prescription individually before asking for the next name I was picking up for. I suggested he gather them all and have me sign all at once. He turned that idea down and said he must do them all separately. He gathered two of my son's prescriptions and said the insurance denied coverage for these. He asked me if I wanted to pay for them, or if I would like him to call the insurance. I asked him if he would call the insurance. He replied that I would have to come inside since calling the insurance would take a lot longer. There is something fundamentally wrong with this place and some of pharmacy techs (mostly Dan)! Every time I pick up prescriptions, this place is a nightmare, they take forever and are rude. It's like they are annoyed that you are picking up a prescription, but that's the whole purpose they are working there. If you hate your job so much, find a new career path, cheer up, or move on!!! Don't waste your time with this pharmacy, they are not friendly, or efficient!!I would give zero star's but I have to have at least one start in order to post this review.

Here's the honest truth, this is a great pharmacy. It's literally the perfect neighborhood pharmacy to fill at. Every single one of these "1 star reviews" if you read them you just know they are complete garbage. Thee bad reviews either make zero sense, or they are about the 100% Schedule II policy where you have to wait a full 30 days to fill them again, (WHICH THEY TELL YOU ABOUT WHEN YOU FILL THERE at least twice, lol) People posting bad reviews are clearly upset about something that pharmacy can't control. I've worked in pharmacy for a decade and trust me, this is one of the good ones.

I don’t live here anymore, but their pharmacy keeps refilling my prescriptions without a request from me or my doctor which makes it so I can’t refill my prescription where I actually request it. It’s beyond messed up.

This Walmart is a freaking joke. They have too many policies in place to make filling here very frustrating and difficult.
