Why is shipping with USPS such a headache? You can’t print labels here, came back with a printed label and they couldn’t scan it? Oh and they also want to charge you $5 to tape up your return package. USPS is years behind FedEx and UPS.

Why does anyone use the USPS anymore?? Awful service, tracking doesn’t work, nothing delivered on time. No one these knows anything or cares at all.

My problem is not with the post office itself, it is our delivery driver. We live in Bluffdale and he is always delivering our mail to other houses and he is very very lazy. We have never received countless packages because he just leaves them somewhere around or sitting on our mailbox. We have called the post office countless times, but nothing is being done about it.

I'm convinced they don't deliver any packages. I try to use other mail services because I know USPS is awful, but every once in a while UPS sends the package to them for final delivery. Every time this has happened, without fail, the package does not get delivered despite being scanned as delivered. It's disgusting they allow their carriers to do that just so they can make it look like they're hitting a quota when in reality they're just... losing packages? Throwing them away? Who knows.

Ultimately, it comes down to my regular mailman just not caring. Twice now, he has bent mail in my mailbox. Which have been labeled "Do Not Fold." Most of the time my damaged mail is not of importance, and I don't really care. But these were my diplomas, that I worked very hard for. I went on to the post office the first time and was told that basically all they can do is say sorry, and talk to the guy. He won't take 30 second to walk something like that to the door, but has no problem sitting and chatting with my neighbor for 5-10 mins everyday. This second time, I'm just fed up. I was going to go out and talk to him personally about it today, but his deliver van broke down on him in front of my neighbor's house. I decided, he was having a bad day, and well...Karma! Stop being an inconsiderate jerk!

Wish I could give 0 stars. We have had endless issues with Riverton usps for over 20 years, but the most recent issue definitely takes the cake. Package undeliverable due to incorrect address. Happens to be the exact address with mail that is delivered to my mailbox everyday and same address that is on my government issued ID, but suddenly it's undeliverable. Attempted to locate package at Riverton post office literally the next day just to be told that it has been returned to sender. After weeks of run around, still have no idea where the package is and Riverton usps could not care less. Too bad all these poor reviews will have no affect on improving the experience at this location as they have had horrible reviews for years with no changes implemented. Would that I could change my post office to the South Jordan location.

I was waiting for a package, they said no such address (I get mail at that address). I was told the package got sent back,but it somehow isn't there either.

Never had any bad experiences with Usps. Fast deliveries and no problems like package getting delivered to other people's houses.

Damn, there are a lot of negative reviews from people that clearly need safe spaces and crying corners. Get over yourselves. They're postal employees, not open heart surgeons. I think y'all will survive.

I have lived in Riverton for almost 18 years and have had almost 18 years of mail problems. They constantly deliver my packages to other people. Every time I go through the process of trying to get them to find the package and give it to me they tell me I just need to look for the key in my mailbox and don't take any accountability for their mistakes. They have to know they do this to me several times a year. I file a complaint ever single time and they don't do anything to keep from making the mistake again.
