Fix your stupid hours on Google, jerks. I’ve come in MULTIPLE times after seeing your Saturday hours on Google posted from 9am to 5pm and those are not your hours. If you’re going to be open 10am to 4pm, let your customers know. I watched at least 10 more customers walk up to your doors between 4:15-4:30pm. Don’t waste our time.

I looked online to see if UPS would send a letter certified mail AND fax a document. The website said they did both. When I asked the gal to send the letter certified she said "it was a really involved process" and would rather send registered instead. I said well the received requested certified so I don't want to send as registered. She said then you need to go to the PO. I have been to this UPS store 5-7 times and each time I end up having to go somewhere else. Other UPS stores have been super accommodating, not this one.
They were able to send my fax.

The person that helped me was knowledgeable. He offered several options for getting my pkg to NV on time. He asked if I had AARP which afforded me an additional discount. I didn’t feel rushed trying to make shipping choices. I am 7 miles away from 2 different UPS stores. I will now always choose to come to this UPS store. I was treated so kindly, which as I age I’m a little slower at things!

Adriana was Very unfriendly, not willing to help or listen I repeated 3 times what I needed to have her help with and she wasn’t listening she was very cold on the phone and very unwilling to help me with a package that was delivered to the franchise she told me it wasn’t there and she hadn’t checked then I told her it was there because the tracking showed and she had to have co worker help look it up which she should’ve done in the first place before being rude and telling me they didn’t get a drop off today even though I told her it was left yesterday! awful awful customer service !

I recently visited this UPS store and was disappointed with the customer service provided by one of the African American employees. Her demeanor suggested a lack of interest in assisting customers with their needs. She seemed indifferent and unapproachable, which made the experience unpleasant.
It is important for all employees to offer a welcoming and helpful attitude, especially in a customer service role. Improving her approach would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure better service in the future.

I wanted a mar-free copy of a cover page of a life story book and their color copy couldn’t do it. “Must have dust inside the machine” they said after several tries and cleaning it. Black and white copies were fine.I left unhappy and unsatisfied with their concern for their dirty machine! I wish that there were more printer businesses in Riverton!

The employees do not make me feel stupid for forgetting a package for my amazon return! Very kind, always courteous, even when it’s Christmas time and they’ve probably gotten yelled at by 20 people before helping me - love these guys!
