I was told one thing about how much would cost if the check took an hour, and if it took less than an hour, I wouldn’t be charged. Then when I got there, a different person charged me the full amount, and when I asked about how long it took, they said that didn’t keep track of the time. Super frustrating. I talked to multiple other mechanics and they said the check for the issue with my car should have been pretty quick. I would not recommend this place.

This place is a huge rip off. They tried to charge us $1500 for a part that's $300 max so that we'd have to pay more out of pocket when it's under warranty. I will never do business with Tunex and encourage others to not come here. Carmax also agreed that we were being ripped off and is arranging something else for us. Horribly disappointing and dishonest business practices.
