Barely acknowledged… no one around to assist in getting a fitting room. Both times we’ve come in, thought maybe it was a one off and came back. Sticking to the Jordan landing location.

I am so happy I stopped in today. The other stores in the area had horrible people working today. But not here!! Charlee was so nice. Thank you Charlee. I wish there were more people like you. Keep up the great personality and customer service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Tilly’s in Mountain View Village, Riverton, Utah. I walked in right at 9 PM, fully aware it was closing time, but I needed to quickly grab a pair of flip flops I had tried on earlier. Given that I was leaving for California that night and had been running errands all day, I hoped for a quick purchase.
Upon entering, I saw an employee folding clothes at one of the front tables. He immediately told me, "Sorry, we are closed." I explained my situation and politely asked if I could quickly grab the flip flops and pay for them. After a long pause, he flatly refused, saying, "Uh nooooo sorry I can’t let you do that!"
I asked for his name, which he provided without hesitation—Max—but his attitude was quite rude and showed a complete lack of flexibility or understanding. To make matters worse, I saw another customer still shopping inside as I left. It was a simple request to grab something quickly, and he couldn’t accommodate it.
Overall, I found the staff at this Tilly’s location to be rude and unhelpful. I won’t be shopping here anymore due to this unpleasant experience.

Awesome customer service. A bit pricey, but for things like sweaters and jeans it’s worth it. Other options such as jewelry and glasses, tends to offer the same product for a larger price than other stores. Other than that, great store.

Wasn’t shocked when I read the reviews for this location. Went in for a product I purchased and was told to come back later even though the item I paid for days ago was sitting right on the shelf. Was not allowed to leave with product I already paid for. Luckily this item isn’t for me otherwise I’d likely just ask for a refund.

Never felt more unwelcome at a store before lol. Y’all should focus more on customer service than “folding clothes” up front :)

We went to get some back to school clothes, nobody wanted to help us get a fitting room. When we were ready to checkout there was 3 workers up at the cashiers folding clothes and they all looked at us and looked away. We felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. A short girl with black hair asked some guy if he wanted to help us and he looked at us and said no but ended up helping us. Usually love going to Tillys but wow it sucked having my siblings feel that way.

Adventures of returning a backpack.... 1st stop (riverton) 2 hours from closing, staff was rushing us out stating that they are understaffed and will be closing early... if 3 staff members standing around pretending to fold the same shirt amongst them .... then yes they are unstaff... let's hope the next one has better results ? ?

They are frequently closing early and opening late!The customer service is rough.My kids like the clothes. I would discourage this location for so many reasons.

I have to say I haven't had a negative shopping experience at a tillys before. But the management here is so unprofessional and rude. From what I saw the assistant manager was on her phone when I walked in and some of the other workers were too. I've been to this location multiple times and if you asked me to pick the manager out of the regular sales associates I couldn't. He did not act professional and seemed annoyed when I had a question. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was just legitimately uncool. There were a couple very kind sales associates who I did speak too. But from what I have not only seen but heard from others who have shopped here is that the manager is very unprofessional and acts like he is 16 instead on a grown adult. Maybe if they replaced or retrained management on how to act with customers or even their own employees this location would improve
