I walked in asking for a full new face routine due to my dry/sensitive skin and Tabitha dropped everything to help me. She found the perfect shades, asked me all of my concerns, and even helped me with new application techniques. I tried all of the products yesterday and throughout the day I just kept thinking, “She really knew what she was talking about.” No irritation (rare for me!) and actually stayed put all day. Thank you so much, Tabitha!!

I visited Sephora in Riverton Sept 2023, to purchase products for myself. The store wasn't very busy that evening, and there were plenty of staff available to assist customers. Kudos to Melissa and her supervisor, who answered my many questions, offered recommendations, and gave me free samples. I noticed that other employees were also helpful and courteous to their customers. The store is well-organized, clean, and has a welcome feel to it.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was not offered a lot of help but I didn’t really need any the lady at the door was nice and offered help and a basket, but I just had a few gift cards and didn’t really need anything most of my products I love I still have a lot of, I found something from Dry bar 12/10 recommend! I went to check out and they where training someone very week they got my number explained that I had 2 accounts and how one was canceled by customer care and taught the difference which I really appreciated. Also made sure to apply my discounts and use my gift card while being tuneful and kind to the new employee being trained, as someone who works retail seeing how week they trained and where respectful to me and my time still while asking questions was amazing to see and not seen enough. Good job Sephora this is super rare to see this type of employee support during and after the holidays definitely better than the other locations I have visited!!!

I love this Sephora. I always have positive and fun experiences shipping here. Most recently, I asked Megan for help, and she went above and beyond to help me find a product... I couldn't recommend shopping here more!

I didn’t read that was pickup and not curbside so I went on my pjs while having my hair full of lotion ? I called and Megan was so kind on bringing my purchase to my car! Great customer service! Thank you ??

OMG! I am in love with this location. The store is just beautiful. The associates go beyond to help you and help so much with what your looking for. They don't rush at all. They ask the right questions to help you. This location is wheelchair accessible.

No sales. A few clearance item spots that were empty throughout the store. Regularly go to Vegas and the sephoras out there have massive sales ALL the time so I’ll just continue to only shop Sephora while I’m out there.

Great items but was told some items were discontinued. When really they just didn’t sell them at Sephora. Funky customer service. Everyone asked me if I needed help and then some of them seemed off when I asked a question. Could have been an off day for the team but my experience wasn’t 5 stars

I had a problem with the UN Place branch Orem which has the worst manager ever and a bad costumer service, I travelled from Orem to this branch and it worth it, my wife and I were lucky to met Dee, she was kind, welcoming, and very professional. We had a problem returning few items and she gave us the assist that we missed In Orem at the UN Place.

I pay for the same day delivery service, but it's a waste of money because I live close to this store. The store just cancels my order every single time; no phone call, no reason provided, no attempts for an alternative. The first couple of times it happened, I thought maybe the product was out of stock. After three times, I contacted customer service and asked if I could be refunded the money I paid for the service and I was told that even though I pay for the service, the service isn't guaranteed.Over a month ago I called the store and the employee said they were having system issues. I waited another month, just to give them time to fix whatever issue it was. I tried again this weekend, and once again, my order was canceled with zero communication.If I paid monthly, I would just cancel the service. But I paid for an annual membership, which is a complete waste of money solely because of this store's terrible customer service.

Normally, I avoid going to beauty stores because the employees tend to be rude or judgmental. Though this Sephora was absolutely amazing. The girls working were seriously so kind and helpful. Highly recommend going to this location! Seriously a great experience

Great location. Staff is very helpful with finding what our family needs. They were very accommodating of our service dog. The shopping center is great with lots of shops/restaurants as well. Everything we needed was in stock and check out with smoothly.

I went in today right when they opened! It was my first time in this new location and Jade was so helpful! She even matched me with the PERFECT shade of foundation from the Haus Labs by Gaga foundation. Which has such a great selection! I haven’t found anything that matched my skin tone this well. I ended up buying a lot more than I came for based off that amazing experience with Jade! So happy with everything I got! The finish is FLAWLESS!

No offense to people who love Sephora, but stepping in here reminded me of why I avoid it.this particular store felt messy and cramped and all of the samples were filthy or just gone completelyThis store was messy, overpriced, and out of stock of all 5 products I was looking for. I found them at Ulta.And this is no hate to the employees at all, it’s not their fault that Sephora doesn’t pay them enough to feel valued at their job. This is supposed to be a luxury makeup store but the only luxury you’ll find here is the pricing

Melissa was the kindest and most genuine beauty adviser I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her product knowledge was phenomenal, she was extremely personable, and overall created the best experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora. I would definitely recommend going to this specific store, and if Melissa is available asking for her expertise. I’m very happy with my purchases!
