The attention of the Latino man at the cash register is HORRIBLE. I went to CHANGE some pants that I had bought and he returned the money to my card. I told him what I wanted was to CHANGE THEM and he told me no that I should go grab another one and put it back. buy, a total lack of respect, it was the only thing I had to buy my son a pair of pants and we needed to change them so he could go to something at school, he doesn't care at all, people like that should not be allowed to work in customer service , the worst

An Average Shopping Trip at Ross Dress for Less
Ross Dress for Less is often considered a go-to destination for bargain hunters, and my recent visit was a mixed bag. The store offers a wide variety of clothing, shoes, and home goods at discounted prices, which is undoubtedly a significant draw. I found some stylish clothing items and decent accessories at prices that were hard to beat, making it clear that Ross has the potential to deliver great value.
However, the overall shopping experience left something to be desired. The store felt cluttered and disorganized, with items scattered across various sections. This made it challenging to navigate and find what I was looking for, and I often had to dig through racks to locate specific sizes. The home goods section was similarly chaotic, with items piled on top of each other, making it less appealing to browse.
Another downside was the checkout experience. Although the staff was friendly, the lines were long, and there seemed to be a shortage of cashiers during busy hours. This contributed to a feeling of frustration as I waited to complete my purchase.
In summary, while Ross Dress for Less offers excellent deals and a wide selection of products, the disorganization and checkout issues detract from the overall shopping experience. I would rate my visit three stars, as it has great potential but requires improvements in store organization and staffing.

Waited for employees to get done chatting before the would check me out. Annoying and not great customer service.
Update: Unnecessary waiting every time. Left without making my intended purchase.
