Today I was with my mother shopping and while we were in line to pay, these two women paying were very very rude to the cashier named Sebastian. He was very respectful and said nothing offensive even though they were being very rude. They have great customer service here.

The place was completely and literally messed up. Tons of products were in the wrong place, Food items next to shoes, and the fitting rooms very dirty and unsursupervised. I like Ross... But in this one location I wasn't impressed at all. I end up leaving without buying anything.

Every single time I go into this location one of the alarms is going off. They never turn them off/fix them. You walk in and that is all you hear.Is it really so hard to turn off those shoe alarms?? Employees are lazy.
