12760 S Park Ave, Riverton“I let my mail pile up and then had to go in to pick it up. The gentleman there was so nice!! He was friendly and kind and patient to everyone he helped. I love when I leave a place and there's a smile on my face and heart:)”
“I was helped by Elizabeth today and I can't tell you how appreciative I am for her kindness. She helped me as soon as I walked in the door and before I had even stepped up to the desk. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you!”
“I needed help with a special request, the timing of which was very important to me. Mckaylee took ownership of my problem, made a phone call to another station, secured a commitment from the person on the other end, and made me feel like I was the most important person in her day. I was ecstatic! She is a sure-fire winner!”
“I want to give a "Shout Out" to our carrier who delivered our mail at Cheshire Circle on 12/12/2013. Almost all of our mail boxes were blocked by large trucks and heavy equipment and yet they made sure that our mail was delivered! Thank you for such excellent service!”
“Holly helped me do my passport at this location. I'm 43 years old and she is by far one of the kindest people to have ever helped me, anywhere. She really went above and beyond. Thanks again!”
“Best service around! People here are fast and friendly. I quit going to FedEx store cuz they automatically put me in their own products that cost more for small packages. USPS is dependable and the best bargain.”
“Really nice upscale market. Being from out of town and staying a few days, I was looking for fresh fruit, veggies and hummus and snacks. Nice selection of grab and go, or grab and heat up foods. Perfect for business trip and a hotel suite stay with a fridge! Store was very clean and people were helpful.”
“I love coming here! The staff is really helpful and kind. I have to make several trips during the week due to having a small second shop, but I am always treated so kindly and they are always helpful. I especially want to shout out your employee Liz as she goes above and beyond with her kindness and if I have any questions she is so helpful! She has a bright energy to her that I feel like I light up whenever I see she is working/helping me. Thank you for being such a great USPS location!”
“I had the best experience at this post office the other day. I was flustered getting a big project mailed out for work and was missing some documents. Tina (aka Gator) and Jenn went above and beyond to help me right there at the office so I didn’t have to leave and come back. I was so shocked they didn’t turn me away and instead helped me get all my documents ready to ship. This saved me so much time and energy! Hands down, the most helpful and friendly experience I have had at the post office!”
“I'm shocked to see bad reviews here. We have been coming to this post office for 10 years and never had a bad experience. They move the line along quickly and are super friendly!”
“A post office....but nice in that it is generally open longer than standard USPS office. Also, less of a line and gernally less of an attitude than a USPS office.”
“I just sent some documents from here certified mail and I had no clue what to do. Michelle was super helpful and kind, she’s been at this location since January. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the Sandy area.”
“The blonde lady at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office for your mailing needs. I did go at a very un-busy time. But perhaps it is not so busy at this location?”
“Oh my goodness this post office is so over worked. They need to open at least another office in Saratoga springs. These poor workers are so over worked. They absolutely do the best they can. They helped me a ton and they got so many customers helped so quickly. Usually I like making jokes in my reviews but this is for real for real. Please be patient with these guys. Zack signing off.”
“Damn, there are a lot of negative reviews from people that clearly need safe spaces and crying corners. Get over yourselves. They're postal employees, not open heart surgeons. I think y'all will survive.”
