Friendly, professional, and so good with my little doggies! Freddie made sure to earn my dogs trust before she took them from me and was able to grind their nails. One of my dogs has protested in the past and sometimes doesn't allow anyone to do it. So I was so grateful that Freddie helped my dog feel safe and earned her trust.

Well it defenitly was one for the books not only did they do a great job on our dogs haircut but they gave us the wrong dog and I had this odd suspicion cause the dog was to grey ? then called us when they realized their mistake and we went back to get our actual dog and the lady was worried and waiting for her dog. Thanks Taquito for the adventure and thank you pet potential you guys are great

I love how they groom and treat my dog. She's calm when I pick her so I know they are very gentle with her. I've been coming for a few months. Every experience has been very good for us. I love how they have samples of the lengths of fur so we can actually see what it will look like. Thank you Taylor!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the groomers at pet potential. They are SO good with my naughty wheaten and he LOVES being there. The employees are wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. If you want the best care for your pup go to Pet Potenial!

I love love LOVE pet potential! I take Emmy to see Christian and he is so sweet with her and so patient with her as she has the worst anxiety. On top of that, I have experienced so much doodle shaming at other pet grooming places but I don’t receive anything other than the utmost respect. Highly recommend pet potential for all fur parents + fur babies!!

We have had trouble finding the right groomer for our toy poodle for over a year now. He’s older and has some health issues. Either no one will touch him or they would hurt him. Freddie with Pet Potential not only made us feel comfortable, but did a wonderful job with him and made him feel loved and safe. He looks so good! Highly recommend this place and highly recommend Freddie.

I have been taking my 2 doodles here for about a year now and I am in love with this place! Everyone is super kind and professional. Appointments are easy to make and communication is great! I observe not only how they interact with my two dogs but also how the staff works with and treats other peoples pets while I am there. They are kind and gentle and great at what they do! My dogs and I love Christian! They always come home looking beautiful and happy! I Highly recommend this business and their staff!

Pet potential was amazing, they were able to get my dog in the same day, the prices were great, and they were super friendly and gentle with my dog. I am so grateful that they were available to help me out.

I have two yorkies. One girl and one boy. I went to pick up my little girl and her hair was a little longer than I like. It was already 7pm and they had no problem fixing her to exactly as I wanted her. They do an amazing job and I love bringing my dogs to Pet Potential. They're the best!

Love love love Pet Potential! Not only are Kevin’s cuts awesome but he loves going there! We took him to another place a couple times and he had all four legs dug in the ground trying not to go in. I don’t know what they did but he was scared to death to go back. I’ve never had any issues or problems with pet potential and if Kevin’s loves going there, they must treat him really well!

Pet Potential is a great place to take my dog Jack to get groomed. I would highly recommend these guys. Will always be taking Jack here. Taylor does a fantastic job. Dan the owner is super helpful as well.

We took our mini schnauzer in for a nice haircut before the holidays and she looks so good! They did a great job and all the dogs in their store were so well behaved.
