Easy to find items, super clean and well stocked store. Love that they have self checkout now! Also the south wall near the garden section has an entire section dedicated to 75% off marked items!! This is my new favorite location!

I couldn’t see anybody around to help me list something so I could buy it so I asked one of the clerks that I saw it. Check out stand. They sent somebody over to that department to help me purchase I wanted to. I stood around waiting about five minutes and I couldn’t see anybody so I walked up and down the aisle again and I still couldn’t find anybody, so I just left. It seems ridiculous that I have to bring somebody strong with me to buy something at Lowe’s.

I purchased an appliance and a matress to be delivered. The associate said, "How about tomorrow?" I accepted.
-No phone call for a window the night before as promised
-No phone call the day of as promised.
-I called today, multiple times., only to be put into an endless cue going nowhere. No associate picked up the call. When I finally spoke with an associate, I asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no management in the store at the moment.

Depending on what I’m looking for, I rotate between Lowes and Home Depot.
I have one Lowes and Three Home Depots in the same distance from my house.
My last major purchase, wood storage shed that I built myself, was a better fit for my budget.
Seems like Lowes has a better selection than Home Depot, nothing but high end Tuff Sheds.
