The most exceptional shopping experience! Bailey was nothing short of phenomenal. She worked with me remotely via calls, texts & emails for more than a month helping me find the right configuration and fabric to fit the interior design of the parade home I purchased & my current season, lifestyle and budget. I overloaded her with questions, requests & concerns. She never showed signs of frustration or tiring. She made herself available above and beyond, and if she wasn’t available she made sure another associate was abreast and available.Clayton, Steve, Eliza… everyone who assisted with this unusually long process was remarkable. The Customer Service was Olympian, surpassing my high expectations.I highly recommend this location & this team!

Every time I walk into any LoveSac the people are so nice and helpful. They know that most people that come in just want to sit on the LoveSac bags or sofas. So this last time I went in, just to sit in my favorite chair smoking came over me and said “buy this chair”. So I did and I am going back in and buying six more pieces.

The people at LoveSac in Riverton Utah are so nice and not pushy at all. They are just trying to help you get what YOU want. Lovely experience with them and would purchase again.

The employees here are the great! They are patient and kind and take the time to help you pick out your furniture. My issue was the financing. They have this zero percentage financing which is great when you’re spending 15k. However you apply for it and are only approved for close to nothing. I would be more understanding of this if we didn’t have high credit scores and no debt. So this location I would give a 5 star the companies financing they offer is a 1.

We visited the store and Lorrie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She quoted everything out for us in the store and it was great. Then when we called the store to place the order everything went wrong. The price that was charged to my card was higher than it should have been. The order got voided since the price was wrong and therefore my order wasn't shipped. after several days of going back and forth with Lovesac for a resolution they were able to get a new order placed (with an increased discount and expedited shipping). Turns out they got my address wrong and I still haven't received a refund to my credit card. I am working now to resolve the shipping issue, however Fedex says that I cannot request a delivery address change and Lovesac says that they need me to call Fedex to change it. Eventually I believe everything will be resolved, but it has and will continue to take a lot of effort on my part . Not to mention my family is sitting on the floor until it gets resolved. Here is to hoping that when it arrives they sent the right couch.......UPDATE....... its been two weeks since they told me I would get a refund. I reached out today and the customer service agent didn't know I was supposed to get a refund and their system says I was billed the correct amount ......UPDATE I changed my rating to three stars. I finally got the refund. I feel that their customer service attempts to resolve the issues inadequate, but I respect that they tried to make things right with the refund and free accesories.
