I send in three Rolex watches, two of mine and my wife's for service and repair. Leo, Rebecca, and his staff are extremely professional. Upon return, the watches run and look as if they just left the factor in Switzerland. I had a small chip on one of the stems of my Datejust. Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair. She is a wonderful person to work with and even does rock readings. She did one for my 16yr old granddaughter when she was really struggling that she still talks about. I highly recommend this place”
“Highly recommend this place to anyone in the SLC area looking to do anything with their jewelry pieces. I love this dainty gold choker and when it snapped I was so sad because I didn’t think it was going to be worth the price to fix it. I actually went to inquire at Kay’s and they looked at it and said it was going to take them over two weeks and that I should look at Southtowne because it would be cheaper and faster. Pretty hilarious that the competition is the one recommending I come here but they were right! Tony was so kind and fixed my necklace so fast. It’s as good as new, I told my parents who went that day to get my mom’s ring fixed and he worked his magic again! 10/10 recommend!”
