We had such a great experience working with our HnR representative! She's always super friendly, helpful, and quick! I am really not sure how to rate this place. Because I didn't get helped. I am sure the workers are nice but I was little irritated at the response I got. I usually do my taxes by myself and this year I decided to have someone do them because it seemed a little more complicated. I picked the closest office. And this gave me Rachel h. Name. I received a message from her and expressed I was out of town and would get back. I then responded with the request she made. And I will admit Maybe I sent too many messages? I don't know The last one I sent was i was just checking on the progress and hadn't received an update. I get a message back stating I attached picture " please call in and ask for a different tax pro because I am only part time and not available for you." Oooookay. I wish Rachel would have communicated that in the beginning. I would have understood and been patient. I'm not saying don't go to the office. But wish hr block was easier to manage after choosing an office. I wish I could just pick someone else or just finish the taxes myself since I had already done them I just wanted someone to confirm my information. Once you choose someone to handle them it won't let you go back to where you left off. I ended going with TurboTax and I did do them myself and had someone review my info.
