“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! They had a wide selection and price range. We bought a type of purple mattress that was exclusively made for mattress firm. Rory was awesome, so helpful and kind. Not pushy at all. We were there late on a Friday night, and he was very attentive. We felt very comfortable, we asked lots of questions, and he helped us find a bed that worked for our needs. I would recommend this location (Draper location near IKEA) to anyone and would definitely shop here again in the future! This location was also the only one open after 8:00 PM. Rory works at both the Draper and Saratoga Springs location, if you want his excellent service skills.”

“I just got the new chair and gave it a test run. This chair is a beast—just what I wanted, deep tissue pulverization! LOL. I registered it and it’s going to be a lifesaver for me to be able to keep playing my fiddle!I think it is important to let customers know what width doorways they need to consider. My house is an old ‘60s house and the front door width is 34.5”, but the interior doors are only 30”. I was planning on putting it in my TV room, but 30” was too narrow, so now it sits in my Livingroom right next to the piano. There isn’t much room for much more LOL, but I live by myself so doesn’t really matter much. But your future clients should probably be reminded to factor their doorway widths into their purchases.Thank you so much for all your help. “These guys were awesome to work with, no pressure from the staff to buy anything. My wife and I were looking at a table that wasn’t in stock and as we discussed what we were going to do, the lady helping us excused herself so we could talk about it. We ended up buying another table and when we brought it home one of the chairs was broken. We called them up and they were very helpful in getting us a replacement. We will definitely be back when looking for furniture in the future.”
