I had an awful experience at this store while trying to exchange an item. The associate immediately accused me of wearing the item because of some “fuzzy stuff” on it, even after I showed her the exact same fuzz on a product I pulled right off the floor. Instead of helping, she was rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. She had long blonde hair, micro-bladed eyebrows with a slit, and finger tattoos—so if you encounter her, brace yourself for terrible customer service.

I drove down from Park City to visit this Free People Location and it was worth it!! Beautiful store, friendly staff, and a much better inventory!!

Tried returning a gift and was asked to give up my first born before they would do anything! They said they needed a receipt first off. On a gift? So of course I had to call the 'gift giver' (embarrassing) and ask for it.
Then they acted all put out for having to give me a fefund! I guess they need every sale they can possibly get. Save your receipts! Never have any problems with the FP at Nordstrom's. I'll never purchase anything from 'ANY FP store'!

Walked in and didnt get acknowledged, didnt offer to help me grab anything while in the dressing room. Only positive is that the store was pretty clean.

Love free people, strongly dislike the location. I’ve been a couple times now and never has a worker addressed me at all. Feels like you have to be in your young 20s wearing booty shorts to be helped. Just a yucky, unwelcoming atmosphere in general.

Employees here are so rude, I always order online and return in store because it take so much longer to get refunded If I ship it back but this location is the closest to me and I DREAD making returns because the girls that work here are so rude every time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. I make jokes about it needing to be a prerequisite to be brat to work here because without fail every employee.

I have visited Free People often and I must say, it never disappoints. This location always has an impressive variety of stylish and trendy clothing options. I love how they keep up with the latest fashion trends, making it a go-to store for all my fashion needs. What sets this Free People location apart is their exceptional customer service. The employees have always been incredibly kind and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Not to mention, their seamless online return and exchange process have made it so convenient for me. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my experiences at Free People and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for cute and fashionable clothing, along with exceptional service. It's undoubtedly deserving of a five-star rating.

Without fail EVERY single time I walk in, the sales girls snub me (maybe because I have a toddler, but she’s very well mannered) and don’t even welcome me. I live right down the the street and this has become a noticeable trend… y’all need to get better people.

Love the clothing. Employees were rude. Several of them wandering around and not one offered to help us find anything. One was so focused on straightening up everything immediately after we looked at to the point she was getting in the way. She seemed annoyed that we were there and didn’t make eye contact or offer to help. There was a whole rack of coats out and as soon as we looked at them another employee quickly wheeled them into the back room. Honestly never been in a store so unwelcoming. Will be taking all my business to the park city location where they are nice.
