I'm sure the store itself is fine (so I gave the 2nd star out of good faith) but I really wish it would be listed that this is inside Walmart! It's so frustrating to drive a car full of packages just to realize I would have to park forever away and carry them all inside a Walmart. So I just left. Just wish FedEx stores were as convenient and straightforward as ups stores.

DO NOT DO YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION HERE. My wife and I did not have a good experience doing our passport here. The employees didn’t seem to know half the time on what the process was with submitting passports. On top of that they do not do photos for babies. This is across all FedEx stores. These things would’ve been helpful before paying for an expedited service for our passports. We ended up being there for about two hours, and only got photos from my wife and my four year old. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you need to do a passport application.

FEDEX IS TERRIBLE!!! they said my package was delivered and sent me a picture of the sidewalk w no package in it and i had no package! i then call Fedex and it takes over 20 minutes jus to be able to talk to customer service and had to deal w the machine, i then finally get ahold of someone and all they tell me is to contact the shipper and there is nothing they can do? THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE, and they can’t help? the workers are completely rude and don’t even care. they were absolute no help and if i could give them zero stars i would! they are terrible and i will never go through them again. like look at this???? what????

These guys are the Best. Been to other FedEx but these guys will listen to what you need and help you help yourself. The only FedEx I go to.

This is a 2 point review. Both are 0 stars ?Point 1. The ground transit van blew a tire damaging my motorcycle helmet and headlight assembly. They refused to attempt to even make good on this damage.I have attempted with the shipping facility and corporate offices.Point 2I have had 2 shipments that used fed ex in the last 30 days. Both packages have been lost and both required replacment. Fed ex made no attempt to make this right.The distributer was made to replace the items each time.Honestly worst shipper ever. Buisness should start refusing to use these guys

I came in to the store yesterday to have a booklet laminated and bound. I know this can be a pretty tasking and timely job and I needed it to be done at a certain time. Mason was extremely accommodating and ended up having it done an hour before the time I had given him. He kept in contact with me to ensure that it was done exactly how I wanted it and it turned out perfect. Thank you for going above and beyond Mason. FedEx is lucky to have you!

Love this spot. I was able to get in and out really quickly. They have the rush order printing services for an added fee which I definitely needed. All in all, Mason and his team made the experience painless and I will definitely be back for my printing needs. I would advise it's best to give them a little heads up on printing projects just in case they have a log of orders to process. This location is located in Wal-Mart if your not familiar with the area.
