I stopped by for a routine oil change and was greeted with fantastic customer service, Ali was extremely thorough and explained all the prices and how they would add up for the final price. The whole Experience was very straight forward and quick. 5 stars! :)

I went in for a vehicle inspection but the car failed because the passenger brake light was out. They could not just replace the bulb because each brake light on my Honda is an LED assembly and if the LED's fail the entire brake light assembly has to be replaced.Normally in Texas when your car fails an inspection you have to pay cash for the failed inspection and then you can resolve the issue and bring the car back and they'll re-inspect the vehicle for no additional charge. Instead Sahand and his partner just canceled the inspection and charged me nothing, even though they had almost finished the inspection at that point.I ordered a replacement brake light assembly online for $90 (along with some much-needed new wiper blades) and I'll be back three days from now for a successful inspection. Sahand and his partner (didn't get his name sorry!) were both great at explaining the situation and telling me what my options were.

I came to Mobil 1 Lube Express for a state inspection and not only were the fast, thorough and efficient but they were friendly as well. I highly recommend this place for any of your car needs. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I frequent this place for oil changes, and they have the most efficient, kind, and professional employees. They are completely reliable, & they let you know what's going on with your service every step of the way. It's worth the small amount more I may pay than at one of the giant chains.

I have been going here for several years to inspect my car and my wife's car. The stated price for an inspection is $18.50 and is governed by law. "Inspection prices are set by the state. All inspection stations charge the same price, and use the same equipment." After passing the inspection I was told the price was $23.50. I said I thought it was $18.50. I was told there is now an additional $5.00 service fee which has been in place for the last couple of months. Then I was told if I do not want to pay it I don't have to. I ended up only paying $18.50 but I think what they were doing is illegal. Has anyone else ever seen this scheme?

Wow easiest, fastest inspection I've ever had. The folks here were incredibly kind and went the extra mile to vacuum up the leaves in the crevice of my hood, cleaned my front window & gave me a play by play of what was happening. I didnt need to exit the vehicle either. In and out within 10 min. Also they work on German cars, and if you know the struggles of owning one then look no further - they have our filters :')

This place has cool people and a cool vibe. It was the Friday before Memorial day weekend and I was in need of a state inspection and oil change. I had travelled to and called several other places and they all told me that they had no state inspectors on site. It was then I called this place and they said YES! I was able to get both my state inspection and oil change done at one place, while waiting in my car. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and even played some Tenacious D while processing my inspection. I highly recommend them for anything car related.

Very competent and friendly staff! I didn't know a state inspection could be such a great experience! I recommended that my husband use them also, and wow! Same great experience and they also worked to get things in order so his foreign sports would pass! Thank you! We will be back for oil changes and more- thank you!!
