“This store has only ever been a good experience (The location, not T-Mobile itself. Still pissed at T-Mobile). Long story short, I wanted to try the Internet option and see how it went (this was on 05/13). Parker helped get me setup, explain that it was a FREE trial for 14/15 days (Memorial Day Weekend) and to return it for no charge within that time period. Well T-Mobile tried to charge me the full cost for the thing. So I came back on 05/20, spoke with Parker, returned the box (I live on the Utah benches so service wasn't fantastic) and he credited the amount that T-Mobile was trying to charge. He explained that I would need to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, which I attempted (emphasis on ATTEMPTED) but the rep just kept saying "buyers remorse" which I would understand IF I ACTUALLY KEPT THE DEVICE. So I get a text today about the home Internet, zipped over and spoke with Abby (phenomenal employee!) and she was calming, sympathetic/empathetic to my situation, and walked me through how to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, even standing with me while on speaker with them. It might be confusing how I'm describing this love/hate relationship but this store and those two employees are the ONLY reasons I'm staying with T-Mobile, otherwise I'd of punted the service in a heartbeat after this experience.”

However, I am now a satisfied and Happy T-Mobile customer. The manager, Gus, and his crew do a fine job and value the people they serve. A+++ experience at this T-Mobile store.”

“Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!”

“We came in today and talked about me upgrading and giving my phone to my son and Mario Sandigo helped us. He gave us all the numbers and info right up front, we said we would come back to switch it all when my son was out of school, went back and he was there, had the phone I wanted all ready and out to get switched, he made the process sooo easy, it came out to be cheaper than I was expecting and no surprise fees that we had to pay. He didn’t try to bug us about buying any cases, chargers or screen protectors like they usually do, we still ended up buying them hoping he gets the commission and if not, he deserves a raise at least. He was amazing with my 10 yr old as we were waiting for everything to switch over, they played a word game and he was so kind to my daughter as well. I’ve never ever had a phone buying process go so easy and smooth. We truly are grateful for Mario’s help and service. We will be returning to get my daughter a smart watch and will definitely work with him for as long as he is there working. Thank you so much!!!”

Every single employee there was absolutely top tier... Helping and greeting everyone in a friendly and professional, timely manner. I had 3 phones I needed assistance with, and ended up leaving with a nice new one for myself, as well as a free additional line and home Internet router... No money down. I love T-Mobile and have been with them for over a decade. They always have great deals and service, and this location has wonderful employees that know what they are doing, are quick and friendly, too!??”

I live out of state, but have been here in Salt Lake for the entire summer hanging out with my mom.My mother is 83 years old. She drives across the street every single day since this store was built.Esmaeil has been the most amazing person to my entire family. He helps my mother every day. He even knows her number by heart helping her enter it for her discounts.I just can't thank him enough for his kindness and dedication to his customers and to that store!The Store is spotless, well stocked, and so convenient, everyone should stop by to shop and tell Esmaeil hello!!!Thank you soooo much!!ps.
