We have an old car that needs a good amount of work. Felt guided through the process of what’s important to do now verses what could wait. We are new to the area and really glad we found a place nearby that feels honest and trustworthy.

I took a used vehicle to Denny's Auto for a pre-purchase inspection, and they exceeded my expectations. The team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. I also appreciated the detailed digital report they provided afterwards, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend their service! I should also mention that they were very flexible and accommodated me despite showing up at the wrong location. I doubt they could always make that happen, but it was much appreciated.

4.5 because I never give a perfect score. I will say y'all were really good communicators and the mechanics were very efficient at getting the work done! I will be back.

I love Dennys. They have been my go to mechanic for 16 years. Absolutely will not go anywhere else. Best service, integrity, and knowledge base I've come across.

Needed my 2024 emission check. Done by appointment, they did that, processed the registration with DMV and put the tag on the car, all within 20 minutes. Thank you Denny's Auto.

They are always fantastic. They give me information so I can make decisions and have been great about doing work in a timely fashion. I take two cars (Honda/Toyota) here for service.

I dropped my car off last week. The guys were very nice. Unfortunately they tried to charge me $2400 for a pretty simple job. When I ordered the parts myself they came out to $163.24 total. When I got my car back from Dennys they had accidentally punched a hole in my coolant tank and when I called them about it they accused me of doing it and refused to even look at it. I’m guessing a trustworthy shop would have atleast looked at it

Experience here started out great. I was calling around to multiple auto shops trying to find someone willing to look at a minor oil leak on my military Humvee and was having challenges locating anyone that would. Honestly guys it’s not a space ship. I found this place online advertising they serviced H1’s which had the same track width which meant width wouldn’t be an issue. So I called and spoke with Colton in length about how I had a military Humvee 6.5 liter diesel that I needed a couple things checked out on. He explained it wouldn’t be a problem and they would be happy to help. I made arrangements along with 250 dollars to get a car hauler and individual with a truck to tow it there, mind you it was a 50 minute drive from my home. I dropped it off as I had to take it there after I got off work. Filled out the drop off envelope and key and left. The following morning, while at work, I got a call from Dan apologizing that his employee was misinformed and they could not service the Humvee. At first he stated it was due to its width yet their own website states they service H1’s which have the same track width. Then he advised it was because it was a diesel. Most H1’s… also diesels which they advertise on their own page they service. I get that they don’t want to admit when an uneducated employee makes a mistake but this was just unnecessary and costly. Businesses shouldn’t have call takers that can’t determine what they can and can’t service. Especially when a person has to spend as much as they do simply to get it to them based on their consent to service it. If their service on vehicles is anything like their knowledge base when taking calls I would highly recommend avoiding this company. “Sorry for the inconvenience” doesn’t pay back the 500 dollars and half a day of work I was out to facilitate bringing AND picking up my Humvee from their shop. Seriously disappointed.
As of 8-13-24 STILL says you service H1’s. Smh
