The pharmacy here is a JOKE. I picked up my son's prescription, signed and paid for it. Then I looked at it and realized it was WRONG. So I told the pharmacist to double check it because it was wrong and she agreed it was wrong. THEN I asked her to return it since it wasn't right and she told me I could. I grabbed my ID and the other pharmacist told me I can't return it and I'm out of luck. Even though I never left the pharmacy. So I asked if they could at least properly dispose of it and she said, "No, I can't do anything with it. I can't touch it anymore." So I told her I would just throw it in the trash and she got mad at me for that too!! So now I'm out $30 and I'm stuck with a stupid prescription that isn't even ours. HORRIBLE customer service. Awful.

The worst part about this Costco is that if you have to go to membership desk and get Liam, don't bother on waiting in line, come back another day. This guy like to talk for days, I was in line just to ask question about my membership I had to wait about 10 minutes until another employee came by to help me. The employee finished helping me and 2 other customers and Liam is still talking to the first customer about setting up the membership they just got so just a heads up. IF Liam is at the membership desk go another day or wait until he go on break.

Great food courts, not too crowded on a Sunday. The service was basically instant, as soon as we put our food orders in they were ready to go. Super cheap, and the new food options are all pretty good.

They have just gotten crazy with the membership checking. I can't even stand to go anymore. I mainly go to Sam's now even though it's way further away. Customer service has dropped way down. Just not for me anymore prices are higher too because they want everything to be organic. I prefer Sam's. And I can see by the crowds at Sam's now a lot of people are starting to feel the same way. They need to get it together at Costco and stop being nazis.

Sadee is absolutely wonderful. Every time I order contacts and adjust my sunglasses, she is consistently friendly, professional and so kind. Thank you Sadee for always being so wonderful!!

Absolutely used to love this Costco until today. My husband went shopping today, I was unable to come with due to me having COVID. Husband went to self check out and was stopped and asked to see the photo on our membership. Definitely was profiled due to them not asking three other people in front of him. My photo was on the card and they refused to let him purchase the items without me being there. Also the employee was VERY rude when explaining. He talked to the manager and explained I was home sick with Covid. Manager did not care and said I still needed to be there for him to purchase the items even though he pays for this membership and it's under the same house hold. I also had called and asked if there was any leniency due to me having Covid and not wanting to drive 20 minutes away. Still would not let him purchase the item even after I tried to call and explain the situation he has used it before multiple times by himself with no issues. I understand there are rules with having a membership, but we were never told when purchasing this membership this would be a rule. I had to drive all of the way there just to stand in a long line to watch him purchase the items. Manager saw I was there never approached us to apologize again for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service. It would have been nice to receive something in the mail with any membership changes. I will not be renewing my membership here. If you guys are going to be cracking down on memberships maybe you should inform your customers. It's ridiculous either way the store would be making money even if it wasn't his face on the card.

Well Costco is usually a great experience but my experience this time has not been so great I finally decided to by tires from my local Costco but I thought well the first day maybe just short handed but it turns out that i have been back twice and every time you wait for ever and ever for customer service in the tire area why don't they have someone at the counter I have no idea but my 2 nd experience with the tire department as they keep Setting up appointments for me and instead of telling me my tires are not there I show up for my appointment and then get told there not there not to mention they are so busy that I half to leave my job early so I can make it to there appointments my first impression of the tire shop is bad communication and management

I like the product selection here but Marsha always has a bad attitude & I leave with a sour taste in my mouth. I wish she wouldn't throw your items and cart around and speak kinder. She's always saying she already knows to me, so I'm sure she is already aware of how poor her customer service is.

This is a newly opened Costco located in Riverton. I have now shopped there more than three times and found it to be a very good outlet. The store is well organized and kept clean. Vendors offering samples of food for customers to sample follow proper sanitary procedures. My experience is that even during busy periods, enough lines are open that you will be processed quickly and politely. And staff have been consistently knowledgeable and friendly. The outlet's temperature is kept comfortable for shoppers. My only complaint with Costco (all outlets) is that there are no signs between aisles describing what is sold on each aisle.

Dr. Collins was amazing! He was very nice and patient throughout my entire visit. He was super friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had. He also provided me with great recommendations and answers for the questions that I had. I was really satisfied with my visit, and recommend this location and Dr. Collins to anyone!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my 15+ years of needing glasses. Dr Mark McKell was very professional, thorough, patient, and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended products to help with the issues. I truly felt that I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dr McKell to anyone!

Always stocked and most of all friendly staff. I love that you opened this store verses driving all the way to the South Jordan or Sandy/Draper location.
