I love Böhme and their product is super cute. Unfortunately this Riverton location and their employees have put a bad taste in my mouth about Böhme. Both times that I’ve visited this specific location I have not been welcomed or acknowledged while I was in the store. On top of that refusing to return a product with receipt and within return period.

I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a store before. I walked in wearing my dirty work cloths hoping to find something cute. I didn’t get a “hello” or “welcome in”. I walked right past an employee and I just got a dirty look. I walked out after that. There were other customers in there getting helped/greeted.Treat all your customers equally.

Had such a good experience in store with Mylee! It was so busy and she did such a good job in helping everyone in store! I was greated by her upon entering and was helped the whole time I was there! She deserves a raise!

This store offers a great selection on Böhme clothing in a very well designed store. You can tell that a lot of thought and artistic energy went into the interior design of this location. The clothing is always folded well and the staff have always been willing to help and answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

I am so freaking impressed with the customer service here. Every single one of their workers was kind, helpful, and overall happy. The energy was high and so positive! One worker in particular REALLY made an impression, she was honest if an outfit needed something different, or if it was perfect the way it was! She was full of information and made sure I didn't leave without knowing what I was buying and the exchange policies on every item. ELIZABETH NEEDS A RAISE!!! She is queen energy and I love her and this store!! I WILL BE BACK!!! Love you bohme riverton xoxo

worst experience ever!! I had an online order that I needed to return because the shoes didn't fit. I waited forever to even be helped and then when I was, they wouldn't take my return. Supposedly, the shoes looked worn and "no one would buy them if they put them on the sales floor". These shoes have never been worn. I still had the box, the bag the shoes got shipped in and they even still had a size sticker on the bottom of them. Afrer all of this, I went to another bohme and they took the return with no problem. Super disappointed in the customer service at the riverton Bohme.

I was in last Friday and there was a mixup and I ended up paying for an item I never bought. I came back in Saturday to get it fixed but was told to come back in Monday. At first I was a little bit frustrated but the lady that helped Monday was so kind and walked me through everything she was doing. I wish I remembered her name, but she was so so sweet! Definitely recommend this place!!

First time ever shopping at Bohme today! I think this is now my favorite store! All 4 ladies working were so helpful and nice! I was in the store probably 1 hour or longer trying all sorts of dresses on and never felt rushed. I love that the clothing is actually high quality material and feels very durable. This quality is hard to find these days. Dresses run around $50-80 but they fit so nicely and I think they will hold up and last me many years. As a tall person, I have a hard time dress shopping. Everything is either too short or too dated. I think this store has something for everyone from teens to older adults. Walked out with 3 dresses that I can’t wait to wear! I’ll be back! :)

Love this location! Went to buy a dress for a dance, and the employee that helped me was SO helpful. She brought me heels and some jewelry that went with the dress, and it was a super good experience. Great service and cleanliness. Although it’s a smaller store, they still have a ton of cute clothes. Will be going back.
