The absolute worst service of any auto parts store in my 35 years of experience.
I asked for a radiator hose for a saab The person answering the Phone asked who makes saab? I thought it was a joke? When I ask if he was joking or if he didn’t know what he was doing he hung up on me.
I called back and talked to manager Juan. He told me to take my business elsewhere.
DEI he is alive and well. God help us

Charles helped me at the counter and provided great customer service. He was polite and recommended a nicer oil filter at the same cost. Love the 5 quarter + filter oil deals—will keeping coming back for those!

They have parts and have some car knowledge.. but can't trust knowledge. Free code scanning. If you want to clear codes on their scanner, they claim not to know how. But just Google for the instructions and you can clear the codes

Do not buy batteries from these guys. They don’t honor their warranty. My advice would be to go to advance auto parts or O’Reillys At least they stand by their warranties.
