Minus Zero! NEVER EVER use a third party vendor! He did the complete opposite of what we asked. Totally deceptive! I should have read their bad reviews first. We could have saved so much money and regret had we dealt directly with a Corporate Verizon Store or Verizon online.

Wow as if my previous trip was not awesome enuf, this one topped it with Lara's patience! Got no help at all for payment plan with ur stupid cold AI on the phone. Lara called Ely on phone & helped me get set up on a promise to pay plan. Mgr Jordan was also super cool & patient. 5 stars!

They are the worst at customer service. They did not listen to me or solve my issues without many trips to their stores and numerous phone calls. I am very displeased with them.

Quick and easy trade in for my IPhone. Porter and the gentleman he was training were great! They explained everything without making me feel dumb and were so polite. Thank you guys for providing great customer service!

Zero stars. JoAnna is literally the worst associate I've ever encountered. Super lazy and unwilling to help. Only when we mentioned that we're about to drop Verizon did she start to come up with solutions. Will not ever return to that store on the off chance of getting her again.

Last night me and my fiancé went to this Verizon store to get new phones (it was definitely time for an upgrade) the lady that was helping up (Bridgette I believe) was extremely rude and seemed annoyed with us because we came in half hour before closing time. When we told her that we both wanted new phone and we were going to pay in full she just looked irritated and told us "well.. we close in 10 minutes so I suggest you guys buy them online and come pick them up at the store" EXCUSE ME WHAT??????? Even if I come in 2 minutes before closing I expect you for finish the service before you close down. Never again will I go to this store. So we loaded both of our kids in the truck, I looked at the time and they still had 15 minutes before closing. I had a handful of things to say to her, she's lucky I had both of my kids with me.

I agree with low ratings that the Riverdale store employees are so bad as well on the phone. I was fortunate to find Jesse in the Newgate Mall, he was extremely helpful and assisted me with understanding my android phone. Jesse was so polite to me, he even helped me with pairing my phone with my SUV which he walked me through step by step solutions. Jesse is a 5 star and more I say the Verizon store in the mall (if your lucky to get Jesse). I would of given another star but, some employees there are not as helpful, one nice looking employee made me feel like I was a burden. Hey guy you can't get everything you want with good looks you have to have a brain as well.

Terrible customer service. What should have been a one time visit turned into 3 visits and several long phone calls. We got a new phone that turned out to be defective so we got a new one in the mail but they wanted us to pay for another new screen protector. We had been told to bring the new phone back when we got it so they could put on the new screen protector. We weren't told to save the old screen protector. They said they would have reapplied the same one that was on the defective phone and if it wasn't salvagable they would have given us a courtesy screen protector but for some reason a courtesy protector didn't apply to our case.

My husband and I just went there today May 10, and the guy that went up to us is an arrogant jerk. He has gray in his beard. We were going to purchase two phones. Went over to look at the Google pixel, and the music was up so loud we asked if he could turn it down and he said that he can't it's company policy he was a dumb jerk. So we left. I will never go back there again.

For a retail store the experience was just fine. I was greeted when I came in the door even though they were all busy. They took my name down so I could browse the store while waiting. The employee answered my questions and got help when she didn't know.

Zero stars would be what this store deserves. The employee that was supposed to help me out had an attitude. He's the one that stands by the door and supposed to welcome you. I went in just wanted explanation on one small thing and all he was trying to do is start up a new account. Never again. No wonder this location is getting so many bad reviews. It's because they DESERVE IT.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I have had Verizon Wireless for over 15 years. Same phone number, many many upgrades and this store has been the worst. Upgraded my husbands phone to an iPhone 6 and the customer service representative that helped us in this task neglected to tell me that when a phone is on back order once the phone ships they charge your card. In my past 15 years of service with them they have NEVER done this. They always just roll it over to my next bill. No warning, no text, no email-nothing. Just a 268.00 charge on my debit card with no warning. It would not have been a big deal if they had told me this was going to happen. Very disappointed in their customer service representatives communication skills.
