I really tried to get to the back of the store to look at shampoo but could not stay in the store. It smelled so absolutely terrible, like walking down the laundry isle but 1000 times worse. All the perfumes just punched you in the face then crawled up your nostrils and stayed. Could not last five minutes inside.

Kristyn was the one who was helping me check out. I walked up, she asked for my number, she wasn’t paying attention and I had to repeat myself twice for her to find my number. She scanned my items, told me the total. I had a gift card so I swiped it and was told to enter the pin. I was scratching off the pin and there was a girl next to me doing the same thing. Her cashier was tapping her foot and rolling her eyes. So was Kristyn. I ended up having to transfer some money and Kristyn kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Very rude! Don’t shop here!!!

Chloe with Clinique helped provide me with product suggestions to help clear up my newly diagnosed Rosacea. I've never had skin problems before, even as a teen and this really bothered me. The products Chloe recommended have really helped! Thank you!

Was not the greatest customer service experience I've had, I recently was there looking for a hair regrowth product, I recently suffered an extreme amount of hair loss due to a medical reason, and I'm better now and was hoping to find a product to help with hair regrowth, well It is very apparent I have significant hair loss and was standing in the hair product isle and unfortunately was very emotional due to the circumstances. Not a single employee even acknowledged my existence or asked if I needed help finding something and several employees walked right past me. I want trying to have a pity party but human decency used to be a thing... And I could have really used the help finding a product that could of possibly helped.so embarrassed and in tears, I left without making a purchase. Hopefully your experience is better.

I have gone to this store more times than I can count, before my experience was always great and no one was unpleasant and they had amazing in sights on products, unfortunately for the past 1-2 years it has been the opposite, every time I go, I get judgmental glares especially when I haven’t done my makeup that day and associates roll their eyes when asked for help, I have done my best to avoid the store at all costs do to this, I went tonight and it was the same stuck up attitude, an example from another day when shopping sometime in October, (this is the closest store that carries my perfume) I had to ask an employee 5 different times to have someone come to unlock the perfume and take it to the front, I got multiple comments of “Did you want the smallest one?” “Are you sure you want 2?” And when asking the price just to see what it was at, the employee rolled her eyes and only said the price of the smallest size “This one is $79… Sooooo” implying I couldn’t afford it, I love the products and that’s the worst part of all of this, I have avoided making a review until today, just hoping I came in on a bad day, I left that day, when buying the perfume livid. Overall everytime I leave this store I’m in a bad mood, I miss the days when I would come and be ecstatic about my new products, it’s very sad and unfortunate that these women make 15-16 an hour and want to act stuck up and better than everyone else. And on that day after spending $500 it made me upset instead of happy to have extra stock in the LARGEST size of my perfume.. I was going to make a review then but didn’t get around to it and tonight had another horrible experience. The products are amazing, but sadly I’m not sure I’ll be returning and will find somewhere else that carries products I like with helpful staff members even if the price of products is higher than here.. I’d rather leave spending more, feeling better and excited, than spending less, feeling looked down on and unhappy.. I hope this changes, but I’m not sure it will.

So much for my poor husband trying to buy a Christmas gift part of it was old stuff and they wouldn’t replace what was old. Never shop there again too expensive to be ripped off

Absolutely loved the service in store! One of the ladies helped me find a product for my mom and even went through the trouble of helping me find a palette with colors I wanted. Super helpful and friendly staff!!

Overall a decent experience! I was looking for a sale associate to help me find some stuff but alot of them seemed to be in a bad mood or talking to each other giving other people not so nice looks. The one sales associate was incredible! He helped me find everything I was looking for, he helped me color match to my skin and overall seemed happy to help! I'll only come back when he's working!

We love this store!Wide variety of products - from grocery store brands to high-end. They carry skin care, makeup and perfumes.The store is consistently busy when we stop in, but the staff remains calm and helpful!
