They're great when its on their time table, you get a screw in two tires and need to get them replaced, sorry you will need to wait three days for instock tires on hand not promised to anyone to be installed.

An employee damaged my vehicles brand new wheels and was extremely rude about it afterwards.After I filed a claim with their insurance company I was turned down for any reimbursement for their negligence.Also one of the Sam’s Club store managers that I spoke to acted as though I was trying to gain something from all of this that it was an inconvenience to his daily operations of the store.

At times Sam's club becomes a necessity, and when traveling to Utah for my daughter's wedding, it definitely fit the bill. We were in need of ice, beverages, chips, meat, bread etc for the pre-wedding festivities, and Sam's had them all. To make everything better, it was SO much CHEAPER than the Sam's in Honolulu, Hawaii. Heck, it's like everything is on a super sale when visiting the mainland. Great location, plenty of parking, friendly staff and since I use the scan and go app, efficiency was achieved. I visit Sam's every weekend at home, and if I were to live in Ogden, I'm sure I would frequent this joint every weekend, or more as well.

I like the scan and go and I am most happy with them when they have good deals. Also the gas has been nice. Even received some sample products in the like.

Great club with friendly associates. Prices are usually good, but they don't always change the signs to reflect what the actual price is.

This is one of the nicer and bigger Sam's Clubs in Utah. Don't understand all the hate for it - had a lot more selection than our smaller store in Reno, and products were more in stock. Only bad thing is that the parking lot and approaches into the store are a bit goofy, as was the gas station.

stopped in to get pizza. waiting in line 15 minutes. We're next in line. Guy two people behind me calls one of the workers over and asks if they all still cooking pizza. she says no and says they have two. He says he wants them. So now it's my turn to place my order and pay and I'm told there is no pizza. I asked all what about the pizza for the guy two behind me. She tells me it's first come first serve. I said yes and I'm first in line. He is two behind me. So he gets two pizzas and we get none. That was bull crap. Waited in line like we should and we get screwed. My membership is up in two weeks. Guess I'll go to Costco when I get my new membership.

I bought a set of 4 tires Pirelli thinking it was gonna be a killer deal with all the extras samsClub gives. 5 months after I need balance and rotation, I’ve try 5 times at the Riverdale’s location and I’ve been declined. The reason is that I need to make an appointment because according to them it is very busy right now. I mean, for people like me who has a variable job schedule that doesn’t work. I walked out the shop to check and see how many cars they were servicing and this is what I found… crazy! 10/16/2021 at 1:00pm.

Gal in the tire center Made my whole day by helping me with a leaky valve I am putting air in my tire is making sure that they were the right fresher. I had no weight she was very professional and she was just completely awesome. Thank you again!

You always get a pretty good price at Sam's Club but if you want great customer service and great technicians, places like Sam's, Walmart, and Costco are usually not where you want to be.
