Just an Ok car wash, they don't have a mat cleaning area or machine though and I had to run my vehicle thru twice to get it 90% clean. Still had to wipe off dirt by hand

Drew and Aleck went out of their way to insure that my experience was great! This is the first time I’ve left a review but every time I visit this location they always take great care of me and are always extra friendly.

I've been to several Quick Quack locations. And this location in particular has a nasty habit of turning customers away. In the past, it's been because they've been broken down. And as I said, I have never seen any of the other locations break down. But just 10 minutes ago, I pull in and some employee tells me that they're currently closed because they're installing new air dryers.Now don't get me wrong. I'm glad they're installing updated equipment. But it's 3 pm. Have they been closed all day, and been turning people away all day? Perhaps like any sensible business, you shouldn't update the equipment during business hours. And especially a location that has a nasty habit of already turning customers away. You're only going to reinforce your reputation of screwing your customers that pay for unlimited monthly service. So in a nutshell ... I'm saying the Riverdale location sucks! If you happen to drive by the Roy or north Ogden location, you're better off going there. I've never seen them turn customers away.And another bit of advice: figure out a better way to inform customers that you're not operational before they drive down and be told in person. Maybe turn off the OPEN sign!!!! Because you have a narrow lane, and when multiple cars are pulling in, you're likely going to cause some kind of accident having everyone trying to back out. Again ... the Riverdale location sucks!!!

Machine took the emblem off the front of my car. First time I came in, they didn't know how to fill out an incident report and wrote my name and number on a sticky note. No response. A week later, I went back and finally completed an incident report which clearly states they will reach out to you within 3 days. 2 weeks later, no response. I came back a third time, where they said they could write my name on a sticky note again. No response 2 weeks later. The 3 times I came in there was no manager. I finally called the general number where they told me they would get someone to call me. 3 days later I received an email saying there was no machine malfunction so they would not repair the damage. My car is in next to perfect condition, I had an emblem before the wash and I didn't have one after the wash. Ridiculous how I couldn't even get the emblem back from their machine if they aren't going to pay for it after 5 weeks of hunting someone down that wasn't incompetent.

They promise to fix damage the car wash causes, they don’t , they lie. even when the tire guide has exposed metal and wrecks your rims, they say it wasn’t their fault, and don’t do the responsible thing. And when you tell them you are done they keep charging your credit card for months. Worst company ever!
