Heather was incredible I was looking for GLOW in the DARK stuff and it was not on display just yet She went out of her way to find it for me I have never been to this location before but it is now my go to place Thank y'all for your patience and kindness

The staff was helpful is following covid guidelines. I definitely felt safe making the trip and found exactly what I was looking for at the store.

This is a good store for basic crafting supplies. And it's close to where I live so it's been my go-to place when I just need to run out and grab some cardstock or something. But the service is consistently poor. The cashiers are inattentive, and even the manager I asked for help from today was dismissive. There's a JoAnn's Fabric the same distance from home, and a Hobby Lobby is being built close by as well (that sound you hear is the angels singing...) Fortunately, I have choices - and I'm going to start using them.

This is an ok craft store but is really expensive. I normally don't go here unless I really need to.

The employees are nice and generally helpful. Their base price is usually lower than jo ann's. They will match coupons. Offer duff airbrush stuff for cakes which jo ann doesn't. This store is slightly smaller than the jo ann on Riverdale but overall I usually go here more.

I came in to purchase some clay and some other misc supplies. I lost my coupon for 40% off a single item, but the cashier hooked me up anyway. Wonderful!

I have heard that a lot of people like this place but as a person that does not like crafts it is torture to be in this place.
