Understaffed, only had 1 person with a key to do a propane exchange. If you have 20 mins to burn to do an exchange I would recommend if not go somewhere else.

Becoming my new go to DIY store. Some things are hard to find and not where they show in the online map. But I really like the store for everything but lumber and building materials.

In the Spring my brother bought a Toro lawn mower. It rained so he did not use it during the first 30 days. When he used it, it jammed up with grass and then wouldn't start. The grass was not long. He has a 25 year old Craftsman that cuts through the same and starts every time. He took it back to the store and they told him that it was guaranteed for only 30 days per his receipt. My advice to everyone is first don't shop at Lowes and second, don't buy Toro!

I always come here first because it’s closer to my house, but always leave disappointed and up going to Home Depot which has better inventory

I love Lowe's. This last visit, I think the return people went above and beyond. I really appreciate the help, so instead of buying just a battery for my EGO Mower, I bought a blower and battery.
