It’s been a little over two weeks since we bought our 2024 Frontier from Krista at Ken Garff. We had looked around for a while before and didn’t have the best experiences, until going to Ken Garff. In short, we are in love with the truck, and so grateful for the experience and customer service! The GM was off duty but still came and introduced himself and was awesome and kept things lighthearted. I feel that Krista bended over backwards to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a price we could afford. She was also encouraging and personable throughout the experience, not pushy at all. I used to joke about the “we hear you” billboards but now I feel like that really is the Ken Garff way. All of our concerns were heard and remedied. Thank you so much KRISTA!!

We bought a ford explorer yesterday, and had Krista help us with the buying process. Krista was AMAZING at helping us out and making sure we were being taken care of. I definitely recommend buying from Ken Garff Nissan of Riverdale and working with Krista!

The first oil change here took 3+ hours. Last appointment they didn't do the service right the first time. Came in for my advantage care package, addressed this issue with the person checking me in, the person did the best they can to make it right but I came home on an almost flat tire(tire rotation an inflation are part of this package) not her fault the technician Probably didnt check. Probably won't come back again. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and got the same crappy service.

Service experiences- I've never bought a vehicle here but every time we've had a car serviced here it's been positive. Kaylen and everyone else have been great to work with! She still honored a service package we bought even though it had expired before I used all of the oil changes. They caught a dying battery before we got stranded from it. They got a ride home for my son and me so we didn't have to stay there for hours while they worked on it. She let me know about an upcoming tire sale (to encourage us to wait just a few more days to help us save some money). They were fast, thorough, kind, and professional!

I have been searching for a vehicle since the end of July due to a motor issue that was not worth the repair. I did my research and came across the 19 Nissan Altima. Pricilla and Gio were two of the best reps to make sure that I knew all of my options and advised of everything imaginable to make my experience a great one. I’ve called them a thousand times and had a million questions. I’m happy with my purchase! Thanks Pricilla and Gio!!!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Prior to that, I knew that I had a nail on the front passenger tire, after the oil change and rotation was done, the same tire was still in the same spot. So, they lied to me straight up, they never rotated the tires. There you go, dishonest big car dealer. Of course, I will never go back there again. Imagine how many others had the same issue but they never knew. Small advice, mark your tires before you go to any car rotation service. Seems that honesty is fading away from this world.

We recently purchased a Honda C-RV Hybrid. We worked with Gio Frias. He was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, efficient, thorough and especially personable. No high-pressure sales that turns me off so quickly from other sales folks. He was helpful but not pushy. Thanks again.

I went to Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale and bought a 2013
Mercedes GL 350 with the assumption that it had a 150
Point inspection and already replaced the rear airbag myself and now I found out it was sold to me without having the emissions done..
So I call sales to find out, and the gentleman that answered said that he would put me through to the sales manager so that we could get to the bottom of this and find out what happened. Instead they apparently didn’t wish to deal with it and sent me directly to service so I could figure it out.
I would be cautious about buying a used car from this dealer and I would definitely take the car you plan on buying to an independent mechanic before purchasing it.
I guess I would also ask them,(which I’ve always assumes)
If it passed emissions!!
BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY DONT DO THAT WITH 150
POINT INSPECTION!

I took my truck for an oil change and they told me that my “front passenger lower ball joint has slight play and the ball joint boot is torn.” He quoted me a price $900 to have it fixed. I took it for a second opinion and they told me it is fine. This is the second time that they told me I needed repairs that didn’t exist.

My wife and I had the great pleasure today of working with Gio in the purchase of a new 2024 Nissan Rogue SV. It was really a pleasure working with him!! He helped us from the moment we walked into the dealership until we left for home with our new car! He was very courteous and personable with a very trustworthy nature.
