John was amazing! He had a heart attack and still kept us updated. He's insane and awesome, or I guess just insanely awesome! He seriously made the whole thing so much easier than I was expecting. It's been 17 years since we bought our last home, and I was stressed initially. He made our experience pretty much stress-free.
