Although this store has sometimes a different selection to choose from than other craft stores thier prices are ridiculous. Beads prices are raised to 14.99 when they go 60% off. Precut fabric squares I can't even find a price for all thrown in a basket that says 56.99. There is no way it can be that much. The lines are always forever long at the Riverdale store. I have really tried to like this store but today was the last day I try. I truly hope that they can stay in business for those that enjoy this store.

I have visited this store many times and it’s my go-to craft store. They are a little shorthanded at times but the staff is always smiling and happy to help you. I went in for a new gathering foot and Andrea really helped me get what i needed! She not only helped me find what i needed but she showed me how each foot worked. Excellent customer service on her part ! She needs a raise

Visited Joann's 2 days in a row and the check out line was long. Only one girl at the check out. She was pleasant and helpful, but the rest of the staff very unconcerned about the line. We waited for clise to 20 minutes to check out. The gentleman finally came over and checked one person out then went back to what he was doing telling the check out girl that "she was on her own" again. Completely unacceptable customer service there were still 4 people in line waiting.

Was told not to open a $200 item when I purchased it yesterday or else I could not return it. I did not open it and tried to return it a day later today. Guess what?// They decided to then add on a $50 “restocking fee”. These crooks (manager “Erin”) would not budge. Beware and be warned. I’m done with Joann’s now. Calling Utah consumer affairs.

Normally, this is my go-to place, but tonight, all the workers I encountered were unfriendly, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.Wish there were other fabric stores to choose from.
