Selections was nice, displays are very helpful to see the tile in a set-up. It was difficult to track down help that could answer questions.

So far so good. I came here after our floor guy quoted us $3.19sq ft for his lvp material, but found something here for $1.69. Found a matching stair nose and got some help loading it up. I only docked a star because they advertise DIY classes, which is why we arrived on a Saturday at 10am, but one of the employees didn’t even know what we were talking about, and the manager then told us that they aren’t offering them at this time. They were really friendly though. We plan to keep coming here for more products and services as they have a huge variety of floor, tile, wood, and even countertops.

Open and well organized with a huge selection. We had a design specialist help and he was great. We will be building a house and it was well worth the effort to visit F&D.

Hanna was so helpful! Time ran away from us and she still gave us a few extra minutes to finish deciding. She even helped us reload our cart when I changed my mind. She goes above and beyond!

John at the pro desk went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the material I needed for a job, on time. This particular order was small, but he still went above and beyond.

I bought some flooring and had extra. I went to return it after my remodel was done and was told they would not return my extra unopened flooring since they discontinued it. There was nothing saying it was a "Close out" or "Discounted" when I purchased it.
Sales girl at register was impolite and did not care about any customer relations.
I have spent over $5k at this store so far this year for a remodel.
I will not shop this store ever again due to the poor customer care they exhibit. I am a business owner and believe customer care is most important and anyone who does this kind of stuff does not deserve good customers.

I'm surprised at all the reviews praising the customer service. We have gone into the Riverdale location at least 7 times and can't ever get anyone to even acknowledge us! We even stood at the customer service desk for at least 5 minutes while the employees didn't even look at us! We are building an entire home and need A LOT of flooring but this store definitely won't be getting our business!

Bought some vinyl plank flooring here. Within a year it was chipping and cracking. Submitted a warranty form with some pictures, and they came up with some excuses just by looking at the photos why the warranty would not be honored. Didn't even send someone out to inspect. Pretty sure the main cause of the issue is the subfloor they recommended we put in under the planks.
We'll need new flooring when we can afford it, definitely not going here to get it.

Broke the glass on my outdoor table. I could have gotten glass for >$70 or $14 tile from Floor and Decor.

Went in for the first time this afternoon. We were in discussion about what kind of flooring we wanted to buy and were interrupted 3 times within 10 minutes to go in a cove to avoid being run over by 2 different fork lifts. Maybe that work could be done after closing? You lost our business.
