Wow! Just had a less than courteous interaction with Scott. He shares an office with an agent named Weston Long....I was a previous client of Weston's and had....lets say...a less than professional experience with him. You can see my review of Weston if you would like to know more, or see the review in question. Well, I duplicated the review on YELP to what I though, was Weston's page. It wasn't....it was Scott's page. Today I got an email from Scott threatening legal action against me because I've never been a client of his.....that's very true . I immediately responded to the email from Scott and followed up with a phone call to apologize in a more formal way. Instead of being gracious he was....still threatening in my opinion.I recommended that he be more gentle in the future when a review was left SO OBVIOUSLY in error (as I named Weston, Adam, and Weston's new assistant in the review), and when I had already sent a written apology AND removed the review. Due to his tone and demeanor on the phone, I thought id warn others of his seemingly litigious nature. Yelp asks why when you remove a review, I told them it was left in error and legal action was threatened against me....both of which are 100% true, and I printed the emails to keep record of that fact. Ill also follow up with corporate and suggest continued training on how to deal with such blatant mistakes.Everything said above is either a fact, or opinion expressed by myself and my personal interactions with the named individuals and may not necessarily reflect the opinion or experience of others!Thanks for being so understanding Scott when I was nothing but apologetic!

We've been with Weston for many years and love working with him. He will tell it to you straight, tell you what you need and what you don't need. He doesn't try to pad things with coverage that isn't needed.

I switched my home owners insurance almost a year ago because they could cover my horses. Haldon Johnson is my agent and he is amazing. I've never had an insurance agent call just to say hello and make sure we are doing well. The service is outstanding and I recommend Haldon for all your insurance needs.

I have never had a bad experience with Farm Bureau in general nor with Weston Long specifically. He has provided exemplary service, always on time and done perfectly. It is a true pleasure working with him. For most people insurance is a necessary evil, however Weston is always asking what he can do for me and my family as situations change over time. Its just nice when an agent remembers you and your family's names. Weston is the real deal.

The premium price, and coverage is what made me change to FBFS.I was able to pick my agent, that was close to home. I have my house, with natural disaster coverage and 2 vehicles on this policy. One of the vehicles is a 2000 H1 Hummer. Most companies didn't know what it was, let alone insure it. FBFS was able to insure it, at a very low premium. My agent, Weston Long is down to earth and very helpful.

Possibly the first bad review i have done. Nick came to my hosevand quoted me at $118 a month for both my crv and honda civic. This was about $40 less than my previous insurance. He told me my first bill would be more because there is a $150 yearly subscription. So the first month my bill was around $350 more than i thought it would be. My next bill generated for another $350. Come to find out my insurance is $160 for my crv, $160 for my civic and then $28 for renters insurance. Tried calling Nick, left a voicemail, no call bsck. Called customer service explained the story, they were unwilling to work with me. Bottom line, switched to geico where im paying $134 a month for the same stuff but its a hell of a lot less sketchy than having someone come knocking doors. Overall experience was horrible. Im going to fight my $350 bill and if it comes down to it ill be contacting the better business bearau. Stay away from these guys.
