This place was great. I am a truck driver and was in town for a short while. They were able to get my 2 pairs of glasses,and a pair of sunglasses done within a few hours of finishing my appointment. Shout out to Lacey and her big ol' smile,and Zoey with the "air shot into your eye" machine. I would definitely recommend this place, and those nice ladies!

Lacie was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She helped me find out why the glasses I had kept coming apart at the corner of frame and ear piece. Helped me choose a frame that matched my daily behavior and routine for wearing glasses!!!! She deserve recognition for keepinf my business at EYEGLASS world!!!

Really welcoming and helpful highly recommend for eyeglassweares. Lacie (store clerk) was nice and understanding to what people need. She explained everything very clearly as well. Everyone explained things clearly as well. Great staff.

Very Good! Made me some dark lenses in house as I was leaving on a road trip. Got back and thought they were going to swap my lenses but they had a whole new pair ready! Nice!

I really do recommend this location, I've been coming to this location since 2021..maybe even earlier than that. My last visit had a few hiccups which I disclosed to the general manager Colin. He was on top of everything and truly made me feel heard and fixed the situation without hesitation. Valentina who helped do the pre-tests was an angel and helped me with my little one while I was going through the eye exam. I will continue going here because of how well they handle everything even when mistakes are made and that's what's most important to me when it comes to customer service. Thank you for continuing to provide me with great service!

I had an appointment here today, so I drove to the store where they informed me I would be doing a virtual exam. That’s a big NO for me, I made the effort to come into the store so the Dr. should make the effort to offer reasonable care. That is not reasonable and is just plain lazy. Won’t be back.

I went into eyeglass world cause the place I went to for my exam said it would take longer then expected to get my lenses, I went in and spoke with Valentina which she was super helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to get my lenses and new Oakley frames that day, I was in and out in no time. Very friendly staff would definitely be going back from now on and I highly recommend to ask for Valentina.

Husband and I went in to get an exam and new glasses today, general staff was great but Braxton really set the tone! He was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back and telling our friends and family who to go see!

Watch out. They get you with the 2 pairs for $89.00. If you had to add things the cost goes up to over $1000,00. Plus you you do the exam remotely. You have technicians who " pre test" then remotely examin your eyes then the "Dr" comes on remotely tells you that you need glasses. $ 89.00 for an eye exam. Plus on top of all that I would get at least 2 texts and an email daily, reminding me of my appointment. What a joke.

My sons glasses were snapped in half and I came in to replace them. I was in and out in 10 minutes, glasses in hand! No questions asked, the warranty was honored.
Service was excellent and so fast! I thought I'd have to wait weeks which was my experience with America's Best.
Thanks for making this errand a BREEZE for me!
Update: I had to go back on 7/5/24. We called on Wednesday to ask about a few things. The employees prepped all of our items and had them set aside for us.
Braxton helped us and he was fast, friendly and helped tighten up some loose glasses.
I can't recommend Eyeglass World enough!

Went in to get 2 new pairs of glasses they have a new remote eye exam which wasn’t bad they still did everything just like if the doctor was right in front of you, the staff is always nice and professional.
