“It’s been a little over two weeks since we bought our 2024 Frontier from Krista at Ken Garff. We had looked around for a while before and didn’t have the best experiences, until going to Ken Garff. In short, we are in love with the truck, and so grateful for the experience and customer service! The GM was off duty but still came and introduced himself and was awesome and kept things lighthearted. I feel that Krista bended over backwards to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a price we could afford. She was also encouraging and personable throughout the experience, not pushy at all. I used to joke about the “we hear you” billboards but now I feel like that really is the Ken Garff way. All of our concerns were heard and remedied. Thank you so much KRISTA!!”

“Great place, they have helped me out before in the past but today I really needed a new cap for my power steering pump as I had lost mine. I couldn’t find one at any of the parts stores like orielys and stuff, they just didn’t have one at all, like they didn’t even sell them or have them i their system and I’m sure they would have charged me an arm and leg. The cheapest one I could find online was $45 which is pretty wild for a plastic cap and I hate waiting for stuff to ship to my house because I’m impatient. I went to Crabtree and Eli I believe was the gentleman’s name was a huge help. Helped me find one in their yard and gave me a screaming deal on it. Thanks guys!”

“Todd the manager with his main mechanic fixed the swollen lug on one of my wheels that other local tire shop wanted $600 to cut off the studs to take off the whole wheel and told me all the lug nuts were stripped. They guys in Walmart put extra effort to take of ONLY one that was stripped and they did it- didn't charge me a penny bc I installed tires with Walmart. Cudos to Todd and his main guy.”
“Bonus, while checking in to the dealership, the technician saw that I had a bag of grass clippings in my bed and discarded it for me. That may not be a big deal to anyone else, but it was for me. she also asked for my keys before I checked in more or less knowing what I was getting done. I had the recommended brake flush done and the brakes work very nicely!”
