So pissed ordered online told 5-7 days. Six days later. I go into a store they sale me the items again. Still waiting for it to arrive. Have called customer service they never take you off hold. Never call you back. Don't respond on chat. Worst service ever.

I rented something from Aaron's back in 2015. It didn't work out. I decided to give it another try. It's been well over 5 years, and several perches later. I love that they put their customers first all day everyday. My ex took my bedroom set and didn't pay on it and moved somewhere unknown with it. The Riverdale store manager did everything to get me removed from the purchase. Just got a deep freezer.My next purchase is going to be a beautiful grown-up bed with step stoole. I'm already looking at them.

We called today to find out about a washer and dryer set with a gas hookup and how long it would take to get one in. Mentioned that we have an account in good standing at another location but needed to speak to them as we're moving closer to their location. We were flat told to contact the other store if we wanted to be helped. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have used them many times and really like them. They’re always willing to work with you. in my experience some similar local businesses can be really rude or unhelpful to customers but Aaron’s has the best customer service no matter who I speak with! Will continue to use them.

I ordered a chair and after waiting all day to have it delivered was called at the end of the delivery window to say that the morning was so busy they didn’t get to it. But if the morning was the problem why wasn’t I informed until 7pm? The manager offered me a free month and said I wouldn’t need to pay until June. When I asked if it was $75 of the entire price or if my lease was basically just pushed back another month and I would be paying the same amount in the end. He informed me it didn’t really matter since I was overpaying anyway (which we all know if you are buying from here) when I tried to explain that I was upset and unavailable to spend another day sitting at home waiting on a delivery that might not come with the promise of a discount that isn’t actually a discount I was told to stop talking and listen to him. I will be paying this off next month and will never be purchasing from this location again. Most of the staff is great but the manager was disrespectful and rude and makes the whole business look bad

These guys are a complete rip! I pay 236.00 wkly to another rent-to-own for the past 4 years. I've paid off 11,000.00 worth. I couldn't get a XBox Series X with the other company and Aaron's had one so I got it ($3,000 for purchase i add) Made timely payments. I went through a bankruptcy and this store flagged me! I've still never missed a payment. But I couldn't get a PS5 from them. Then I go to pay 75.00 for my Xbox and it says I still owe 150.00!

I want to shout out to the sales manager of the Riverdale store thanks for being attentive and open minded and have a great customer service skills
