You call the store they never answer the phone and the managers or owner who is ever in the back they never acknowledge anybody. They just sit in the back like they’re the king of the world.

Ever since the new management had taken over for this store the service has become so much better. The new staff are great, they are extremely friendly, and willing to help anyone, and everyone. Ok top of great customer service, keeping the store clean is top priority, which gives a great experience for everyone that comes to this store. Onkar works the graveyard shift, and he do an outstanding job. The store is always clean, he is extremely friendly, and helpful to all of his customers, and al ways represents 7-11 with a great attitude, and a smile on his s face!

Don’t stop here and waste your time. Awful service. The man refused to take cards at the register and then told me to go to the pump to pay but he put a block on cards at the pump knowing I’m trying to get gas. Waited in line just for him to point to atm. A literally waste of time because he didn’t want to take the time to fix the problem.

New management has improved this location really well, New coffee brewers, New coffee urns, New self serve grill and Hot food case, well merchandised, really clean store with great customer service. Must visit this store

I regularly frequent this place at night and I have never had any problems but the woman who works between 7 and 9 at night is a vulgar and rude person but above all racist when I approach to pay at the till she only tells me that There is no service and I left the store, she is a white, fat, short woman, approximately 40 to 45 years old......

Twice now they've refused to take my money. The first time I had a $50. I get it....but as a customer it's frustrating. "You seriously don't have 2 two 20 dollar bills to give back?!?Last time I went in with a $100 bill however,I was spending ALL of it on food, gas, etc, and loading the rest on cashapp so I wouldn't have needed change. The cashier girl STILL sent me away. Someone asked how she is doing and she started complaining about her life! I don't think she understands it's a rhetorical question for courtesy lol. I still had to load money tomy cashapp so I got gas and stuff across the street, came back, and she complained that she had to load money on my app and said "the other store couldn't do that for you?" .i asked "what? You don't want to do it? Only 711 and Walgreens loads to CashApp" Which she gave me a dirty look and didn't respond. Then she took as long as she could and had to scan my app 4 times. Intentionally taking longer (I worked for 711 recently so I know you scan the cashapp barcode, enter the amount, have the customer confirm on the tablet screen. It's very simple but she kept having me pull the app and barcode back up, trying to upset me, but I kept a smile on my face. She won't ruin my day lol). Even when leaving and saying "have a great one" casually, she still wouldn't respond and looked away like she was too good to say goodbye to a customer haha! Obviously she doesn't understand she's there for customer service. Anyone can run a register, what determines a good worker there is if they have a smile on their face while they do it. The poor managers have a hardime staffing bc the lowest paying job in the valley, so I feel bad. They can't just fire ignorant employees or they'll have nobody left, however, they should still hold their employees to certain expectations.

Very rude customer service I do uber and lyft and have stopped here to use there bathroom I was hurrying as fast as I could but people kept pounding on the door when I was taking a dump if you really need to use the bathroom don't go to this one because they only have one bathroom when I came out he said you ok bro you had a line of customers trying to use the bathroom there isn't just that bathroom there is plenty down the road from here not including Mavericks with a two stall bathroom

A few courteous employees which is appreciated but the store itself is hit and miss. I stopped going to this store very often because recently they refuse my mobile Marlboro coupons so it cuts way down on visits. Also went there looking for a propane exchange for like a year which is silly because every single other store gets their deliveries just fine. Also I stopped to use the restroom here and sure as one could expect they don't allow that. Good way to go out of business when Maverick has all the above and stores look cleaner also.

Went in on my 30 minute lunch break to get some hot food. There were 2 dried up chicken strips and some burned mini taquitos and that was it.
