I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. Very quality and fast service, highly recommend!

After several disappointments with mechanics in Utah County , a friend recommended Willy's Auto Service, and I finally have a mechanic I trust.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. Elano took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and the necessary repairs, providing clear and transparent pricing.

The guys in the shop, and especially Elan, did us a huge solid. We were having transmission issues, and our car was throwing a lot of codes. Willy’s crew were able to get us in quickly. Before diving into a bunch of expensive fixes and potentially keeping our car for days, they recommended some other work be done beforehand to see if it would fix the issues related to the codes. Likely saved us from doing a whole transmission replacement. Highly recommend these guys.

They didn't fix it the first time had to go back in. Now it's a bunch more problems They could have just fixed the first time and not wasted my time telling me it was finished and to come pay. I gotta go do it all over again and my time is very valuable

Willy the owner, used to have fair prices, but in time he has developed a great love for money, be aware with his selling techniques and arguments to increase the final cost after "the first inspection" and supposedly using "used parts" on your auto repair, bottom line: not reliable !!Willy el dueño del taller, empezó siendo justo en sus precios, pero con el tiempo ha desarrollado un gran amor por el dinero, tengan cuidado con sus técnicas de venta y los rollos que te echa para justificar aumentarte el precio final de la reparación, después de que ya desarmo y reviso el daño, tratará de venderte la idea de usar partes usadas y ahí también toma ventaja, en pocas palabras: es abusón y no es confiable !!
