12/15 - Hours say it opens at 6:00am. I arrived at 6:30am and the doors were locked and the worker looked at me and ignored me. Change your posted hours or keep to them.

Will's doesn't have prices on most of the items on the shelves. Feels dishonest and weird. Do they just expect us to hope stuff doesn't cost more than what we generally expect once we get to the register? There are QR codes under each item, but they just go to the vendor's website. I'm hoping this is just a temporary thing and that they'll go back.
They also have a Frazil machine, but are not offering the Free-Frazil-Friday deal that's marketed everywhere in the state... Maybe print a sign on the entrance or something.
Giving two stars instead of one because many of the staff here are friendly and I really want the local businesses to succeed However, i'll just start going to Maverik instead. It's a more reliable experience.
UPDATE: I've recently visited Will's again and I did notice many of the items do have prices marked! Very much appreciate the honesty and response. I want to emphasize how great the employees here generally are! Makes the experience better every time.
I also totally understand the decision to opt-out of the Frazil deal, it does seem like a major hassle for little to no gain. I do still suggest posting a sign on the door if you haven't already for next year.

Maybe it’s just me but the pumps are so slow.

I stopped in to buy some soda and a bag of Dots Pretzel, opened the pretzels and they were stale. I returned to the gas station and spoke to the cashier and told him about the pretzels and he smelled the bag and even tasted one and said he couldn't taste anything stale about them.I have purchased and eaten many bags of this brand of pretzels and these were stale for some reason, even though the expiration date was not expire. In short the employee would not help me or return my purchase price, I told him thanks for nothing and left him the bag of stale pretzel. I have stopped at Wills for years but will never stop or shop there again.Again, thanks for being so "not helpful".

Came through on a road trip and Will’s Pit Stop had clean bathrooms, reasonable gas prices, and friendly service!

Good! Tricky parking but usually a good stop before the Provo Canyon and clean bathrooms.

I had an overheat emergency with my car and this gas station was the closest place I could pull into to park my car and shut it down to prevent the engine from destroying itself. When I explained my situation to the kid at the counter, he was very rude and unhelpful, he tried to forbid me from seeking help from other customers to acquire the right coolant for my vehicle, and threatened to have my car towed if I didn’t solve my crisis quickly enough, despite him forbidding me from asking others for help. This forced me to sit in my car the entire time, trying to coordinate a solution from my phone, in order to prevent any tow truck from legally being able to hook up to my car with me in it. Due to his unhelpful rudeness and supposed company policies against helping people in an emergency situation like I was in, I will never buy gas from this station. My takeaway from this experience is that if I ever again find myself in a similar bind and have to park at a gas station, DON’T TELL THEM THE SITUATION! What they don’t know can’t hurt me, and I might have solved my issue much sooner by simply asking someone for help rather than having to coordinate all manner of inconvenience from my friends during their work hours just because the gas station put their company policies before my actual human need, especially when my plan wouldn’t have hurt or even inconvenienced the station’s operations.

They charge more PER GALLON for gas if you pay with credit/debit rather than cash.

I like this conversation a lot it just has a lot of stuff in there to choose from and I used to go there when I was little when I would go on family trips up to Park City so I have always liked this gas station.

I have been going to Will’s for 30 years now. The service has always been top notch. I will continue shopping and buying gas at Will’s forever if possible. I always recommend Will’s to anyone passing by who might be need a snack or fuel to head up the canyon.

No tap to pay. The pumps have that instant commercial feature that is so loud you can hear it inside your vehicle. The card readers are slow and finicky. Wills pitstop is a Provo staple, but they need to update their technology.

So, one of my friends, she swears by this place. Haha. I don't know if I've ever seen her, without a Will's pit stop soda mug. So, there's not much to say about this, besides it's a gas station and it has diesel at a few of the pumps... It also has a car wash, and vacuums, to help you clean stuff up Surprisingly though, I found that it had a pay phone... I hadn't seen one of these in years. Haha. But I doubt it still works (I was a bit too timid to try and find out)

Easy place to get gas before/after driving Provo Canyon.
